    Poorly made and not worth it!

    Broken within 2 years. Just two weeks short of the tv warranty and 3 days before the Super Bowl my TV lost picture completely. I did not pay for the additional coverage so I paid for a geek squad visit only for them to tell me that there was a hardware problem (not the backlight). The way the LG tvs are (poorly) assembled they see a *common problem with the monitor separating from the panel. $200+ for the additional panel part, plus another GeekSquad trip to fix it brings the total to $400 which is the cost of a new TV. Not worth the trouble of a very expensive and COMMON problem to occur for such a high priced item. Seems like a racket to me - not worth the trouble or the value of the item. I've purchased many TVs over the past few decades and this is the one I regret the most. Def left feeling cheated

    Picture looks ok enough but this TV isn't remotely "smart". It has a huge lag. The only "magic" the universal remote does is quickly raise your blood pressure at its inability to ever sink with Roku. I'm debating throwing this brand new TV in the trash and buying another because it has taken all the joy out of watching TV.

    This TV runs slow, the internet on it is slow, the picture is nothing special, the remote set-up is terrible.

    Junk, won’t stay connected to internet for more than a few minutes if you’re lucky. Buy the no-name tv they work a lot better.

    The 70 inch TV was delivered with the scratch The 40 inch TV was delivered and did not work They redelivered the 70 inch, the 40 inch I had to return to the physical store. And had the worst experience I’ve ever had at Best Buy.

    Tv quit working on the second day after purchase and had to cancel the purchase due to best buy only delivers on Fridays
