    Do not buy this TV. It has been nothing but a headache since I bought it. I thought I was getting an upgrade from insignia to LG but forget it! At first I thought it was the Internet /Wi-Fi, but NO ….all my other 3 TVs work just fine. it’s the TV!!! Unfortunately I waited too long and I could not return. I’m stuck with this junk.! Works when it wants to….

    The backlight ended up going out on the television after it had been delivered. I was not reimbursed for the delivery fee and also had the inconvenience of having to leave work for Best Buy to pick up the TV.

    I’m very dissatisfied with this item we unboxed 4 days after purchase and it had a bad screen, cs says return it to the store 1 hr 20min away and the poor customer service from the store manager in Columbus, Ga absolutely disheartening no help on suggestions to assist in rectify the issue and I was accused of breaking the Tv l, I was told it would be expensive to fix, I wasn’t given a quote he just assumed I wouldn’t get it repaired or couldn’t afford it, wasn’t offered another tv not even at 1/2 price. I was just completely dismissed.

    worst tv ive ever owned. internet connection sucks remote is cheap and hardly works . my cheaper roku tvs are alot better and quality isnt any good either.

    DIM spots everywhere

    Dark/Dim apots everywhere in the screen I start to notice these spots after 2 weeks when I watch something so I contacted LG to see what is happening they send a technician how said this is normal and if you want something that is better go buy OLED this was his comment on this TV basically not worth to buy, I had older 65" LG and it was mich better picture than this, I wish if I notice this before its too late to return it. What a waste of money.

    Colors looks nice, not a lot difference with my other OLED. The system is a little slow, but still work fine for web browsing. It support magic control, but you need to buy one at Amazon. It will be so nice if it has complimentary a magic remote control.

    this was a replacement that we received because our previous TV malfunctioned. We had purchased the extended warranty on the previous one with Best Buy. I just have to say, this product is much better than the previous TV we had. Easy to use apps, sound is great, picture quality is good too!

    This tv has great picture, great sound it meets our expectations it looks good in our home made the living room look like a whole different place we love it. It is a great addressed to our home the kid's enjoys the great Features The quality of the pitcher is great. Easy to set up. And all just a great purchase for our home. The customer service at Best Buy was awesome. Mounting it all the way was very easy. It comes with great instructions, and everything. My wife loves it. It's just a great addition to the family. Thank you Best Buy.this is the best TV every if we had to do it all over again we wouldn't charge anything .

    I have had a small TV for 13 years. It was time that I upgraded to a bigger screen. Then maybe i wouldn't have to wear glasses to see the screen lol. It has all the features you could wamt in a TV. Pretty amazing but only comes with basic remote. Needed to purchase magic remote for voice activation through Amazon. Happy with my purchase.

    I loved this television. The picture was amazing. This was a gift because I was diagnosed with Cancer during COVID. It got me through a lot of hard times and binge watching when needed. It was recently destroyed in moving to my new residence. It was too unclear to place blame. Now my beautiful fireplace tv stand/console is naked. While suffering anxiety, I don't even watch tv anymore. After being forced from my previous residence because of ADA Discrimination and abuse, it is now challenging to appreciate my new home until I can afford another. No sympathy here. I am blessed and have dedicated the rest of my life to helping others. If this particular unit/product appears on your scroll/search it's for a reason. Buy it. You will not be disappointed. High praise to LG!

    About one year ago I purchased a Samsung to replace the Vizio that went out. Then the Samsung went out. I decided to replace my Samsung with this LG. I’ve had it for almost a month now and I’m enjoying it. I upgraded from a 55” to a 70” and let me tell you the 70 didn’t look that big in the store. It’s huge and I love it. I chose a 3 star rating because the remote provided is not the same remote shown in the manual. The remote in the manual is a magic remote. If you would like that remote, thats an additional $30. Sometimes there’s a lag or it has difficulty connecting to my WiFi. After several software updates the issues seem to have resolved themselves. Another major issue for me is all the apps on my firestick can not download on to this tv; so I still have to use my firstick which means switching remotes and that magic remote doesn’t sync with my soundbar.

    The LG 70” Class UQ75 Series LED 4K UHD Smart webOS TV (2022) is awesome! The 4K picture is super clear, and the colors are vibrant. The webOS is easy to use with lots of apps. Plus, it looks sleek with its thin bezels. Perfect for any big room!
