Posted .We can imagine how frustrating it can be to keep the internet up and running. We would like you to try and disable its "quick start" utility to handle the issue that may not be resolved even after several restarts of the TV. Go to settings, all settings, and general. Disable QuickStart or QuickStart + by dragging its switch off. If this does not work, we have to move to a private platform that supports back-and-forth conversation, then send us a private message on Facebook or Twitter using the hashtag @LGUSSupport, including the model and serial numbers of the TV. This one was a great price for its size but did not meet its expectations. It lacked quality, and the display was dim when playing video games. I was very disappointed. It is possible that we got a Lemon TV, but we returned it because it was too disappointing.

Terrible customer service
