Excellent Value

Very sophisticated and even has voice controls which I did not think was important before my purchase but now I do. Very good value for the money.

Slow WEB OS

When startup the tv lag to go on the Web OS. Once you go in to the app there is another lag to the tv. If you are impatient like myself, I would not recommend it.

Loving my NEW TV

My previous TV has a permanent blue tint which promoted this buy. However i am super hapoy with my purchase.

Disappointed on the service

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It’s a nice TV overall very disappointed in the people that Best Buy hires and sends them out to my house and do not take responsibility for the damage that they’ve cost that came to install because they damaged the TV that they were to remove on December 19,2023 it is January 6 ,2023 and have not had my TV replaced or repaired for that matter. I give it a three and do I do not recommend hiring the techs people because Best Buy does not take responsibility for the people they sent to your house. They claim it’s a third-party so you have to call them and dispute it with them. I didn’t hire them Best Buy did.
