I called customer support thinking the wrong item may have been delivered, but they told me the serial number registers to the 15K BTU and to look at the unit in the box and call back. As I desperately needed AC, I accepted the 14K BTU, and works great, but I think the website is misleading.

Nothing, customer service was terrible wanted to get another one and not solve the issue. Never again
