The screws that came with were stripped and I wall mounted the purchased TV so if I decide to take it down or possibly get a different wall mount I won’t be to do so.

Hasn’t made it two years and quit working won’t turn on only blinks red led

1 month in and stopped working. Unplugged the hdmi, disconnected power. Nothing works. Screen goes black with some weird lines. Been treating like a baby and this happens.

Total dud and after service from Best Buy was deplorable. I bought 2 tvs from Best Buy this month and their customer service is the pits. I will return both and go elsewhere.

First off, as with every other LG smart tv, go ahead and buy a roku or fire stick. Their smart tv functionality is below subpar, with the tv needing to be unplugged every other day to make it work. Probably has something to do with 80 percent of the available storage being used right out of the box. But like all the other LG tvs ive bought like this, the picture is smooth, colars are great, only slight bleed from the edge lighting which is only noticeable on a solid black sceen like in between input changes. The speakers are loud with this model, much louder than the older 65" lg we have in the bedroom. A highly recommended buy, we paired ours with the 4k Fire stick and couldnt be happier. Note: Included pics are over contrasted by the phone camera, tv picture is flawless. Also turn off power saving if you want a brighter display.

I chose this tv because it was in my price range and had the features I wanted. My only real issue, in the same way that some OLED is not well suited for bright rooms, this TV has a “wavy” panel imperfection that is quite noticeable on the black bars and any dark scene when the backlight is maxed out and in a dark room. That being said, this TV is in a bright living rume and it hadles day light just fine. The directions supplied with the TV are annoyingly vague for some things like what size and legnth mounting screws to use. I love the motion tracking remote with dedicated Disney+ and prime buttons. The user interface to browse apps and such is simple though I am familiarwith LG stuff. Lots of sound setting that seem to not work well (also bought a LG 5.1), that could be my ignorance but I only use HDMI arc and not the other setting that seem to all have issues.

Very happy with my purchase. The resolution and color are way better than regular tvs. There is almost no lag when using different apps, so I stopped using my apple tv box. Magic remote is pretty convenient as well. It is on heavier side but worth it!

I recently purchased the 75-inch LG QNED 2023 TV from Best Buy, and overall, I’m pleased with the experience. The colors are vibrant, with deep contrasts and natural tones, bringing a truly cinematic feel to movies and shows. However, the remote's mouse function and navigating through all the features come with a steep learning curve. The picture on this TV is really good and gaming on it is great. I've had a couple issues with the WebOS but after I do a full power cycle it usually comes back and sometimes the sound gets off. Makes it look like you're watching a badly dubbed movie. The biggest downfall is the sound. The sound quality is much worse then my old 2018 LG.

The tv has grrat color, remote and other features are very detailed, love how the internet wifo connection and all apps are able to be updated, as well as the over all size of the tv An awesome purchase, so glad I did it.

The picture quality of this TV is excellent. While I haven't extensively used the LG operating system because I primarily rely on Apple TV, I've encountered some issues with the integration between the two. Occasionally, the TV automatically starts up when it shouldn't, and I suspect it's due to some signal sent by the Apple TV that triggers the TV to turn on. Despite this minor inconvenience, I still have a great overall experience with the TV and enjoy its performance
