Now I am buying them separately on Amazon. Avoid buying any open-box items, they are not worth the hassle

I had high expectations. I was disapointed. All I can say is, I must have gotten a bad one. Upscaling is nonexistent. The promised AI picture magic is not discernable. Picture quality is worse than my previous generation LED from 2 years ago. Sound quality from the built-in speakers is very poor. I paid twice as much as my old model LED would have been, still sold right next to it. I wish I had the time to return it.

Went to turn it on earlier it and just flashes on and off. They make this tv look great by specifications but it’s terrible with a very basic picture quality. This is 2 in a row from Best Buy with major issues in under a year. First was an 86” TCL QLED Q6 11 Months ago. Half the screen went dark. Switched to this and now power issues after 2 months. Last warranty took 3 months to process so I could get a new tv in which I had a BROKEN tv hanging on my wall that I didn’t have the money to pay to replace. Waited on the warranty check and spent it on this. Will be very weary of Best Buy in the future 2 in a row in less then a year from 2 different manufacturers is not a coincidence. Especially since I watch tv 1-2 hours max most days

I know mini leds are prone to this but it really took away from viewing the content. If you mainly watch bright and colorful videos that cover the whole screen ( no black bars on the top or bottom) its great.
