    Geek squad did a great job of relocating and mounting an existing TV from the living room to the bedroom. Unfortunately they left before checking to make sure I can get my remoting to change channels. I'm stuck on NBC.

    The television doesn't switch between the input settings. There are slight glitches. We should have picked another television. Not happy with the Best Buy buying process either.

    So i've had the TV set up and working for about a month now, below are my feeling's based on its use! The Good: Colors are excellent, is a true 10bit panel, meaning it doesn't use chroma sub sampling on an 8 bit panel. watching Movies and TV shows are where this TV shines. the 120Hz refresh is awesome too, there is very little input lag. Black levels are near OLED, The magic remote is pretty nice too, acutely the whole UI is pretty good. I wasn't expecting to like a WebOS TV but i don't really mind this one. The HDMI ports seam to be tolerant, i have to drive mine with a Display port 1.4 to HDMI2.1 adapter and it surprisingly works very well. Display gets very bright, like burn you retina bright if your not ready for it. Sound is impressively good, it projects into the room really well, and doesn't appear to have and dead zones in its frequency response. The not so good: There isn't a BAD section The dimming zones are TOO BIG, I am not sure how LG gets away with calling this MiniLED when the size and number of dimming zones is so pedestrian. the TCL and Hisense TVs do have LG blown out of the water here. The size of the dimming zones doesn't really become a problem until you use this TV as a computer monitor not just a pure Media screen. When your mouse moves from zone to zone you can clearly see the change in brightness in that area. This isn't a problem oddly enough on black backgrounds or bright back grounds. It is very apparent on gray tone backgrounds. The other not so good aspect of the screen in the gray scale consistency of the whole panel. there are significant variations in the brightness. My older LG panel is acutely better in this regard. The saving grace here is the local dimming, this hides the inconsistency pretty well and you pretty much don't notice it during normal operation of the TV. Overall its a very good TV with a big name name plate on it. Less chance of Chinese spy wear steeling your information. But its not perfect. Don't get me wrong, i REALLY like the TV, and i think it fit my use better than an OLED, but its not a perfect 5 stars.

    Great tv for the first year but now im getting alot of light bleed about a month after the one year warranty expired

    Is a nice TV with great pic and good sound. But unable to download certain streaming apps, like ESPN+! Beware if you stream!

    Geek Squad is Dishonest

    Asher waiting a month geek squad canceled my insyallation bc of weather but the weather was fine. In fact they were able to deliver my waher thay same morning. Come to find out that they don’t actually have it in a warehouse anywhere close. Rescheduled another month out. Rediculous. This will be the last piece of business I do with Best Buy after 25 years.

    Buying from Best Buy is not fun anymore, tv was never delivered on time or when the said it would be. It was rescheduled 3 times. Horrible customer service. Might as well buy things online you don’t get as irritated by the poor service attitudes.

    TV review was bad even though one best buy employee talked like the TV performance was so upscale. So i canceled the purchase before it was delivered. End up getting a sony 85 inch with better specs in a cheaper price because of a sale.

    They never show for installation they cancel the installation i visit the store same day at the installation they don’t help i ended up taking it home my self bad service from geek squad

    We looked ar all three major brands in 75"/77" size. The picture quality of this TV is at the same level as any OLED TV but much lower price. QNED mini LED provides vivid cors and perfext true blacks. Overall,best TV.

    Originally ordered a c3 OLED, but got scared by the direct sunlight horror stories. This TV looks great in my bright room and I saved $1000 while still having dark blacks.

    Great TV with great picture quality. The remote is very user friendly. I highly recommend this TV! My audio is connected to a surround sound system so i am unable to rate the TV’s audio.
