The tv sound quality isn’t great, but we have it paired with a LG sound bar which makes the experience much better. Best Buy made things easy for pickup at my local store.

Not the best for the price

We were convinced by the sales rep that this was just as good quality as the comparable Samsung tv at a $100-200 price point difference. I can’t say that isn’t true but I don’t love the UI for LG. The motion detecting remote is frustrating. The AI ads can’t be removed on the Home Screen. No intuitive switching of inputs / auto-switching when device is turned on. Also, the built in speakers are unusable. The picture is fine but not much better than my 2018 Samsung tv honestly.
