Great TV for movies and watching football. Bought it as a gift for my boyfriend and he loves it. The user interface is pretty good in my opinion. In previous TVs that I’ve had the user interface was slow or always lagging which made me add a Roku onto the TV and primarily use that. But with this TV we decided we didn’t need the Roku any longer. Only thing I don’t like that much is the remote pointer function.

It actually blew my mind. I have never been more impressed after having to do without a TV for about 2 years

We have only had the TV a few days, but so far sooo good. Good picture, good price. We also purchased two MEE headsets to use to keep the house noise down. We had it professionally installed by Geek Squad

This TV was recommended by a Best Buy employee. While I do like the TV overall, I don’t feel the resolution is the best, and I’m not a fan of the remote. That said, I must admit my frustration with the remote is likely due to not fully understanding all of its features, as I haven’t read the manual yet. One feature I truly enjoy is the Zen mode. Overall, it’s a good product with some strong features, and I believe my experience may improve as I become more familiar with it.

My television is great the two individuals from the geek squad who delivered it and install Were fantastic. The best experience I’ve had with Best Buy where those two individuals the rest of the company I’ll never do business with again. I’m tired of talking to people from Pakistan or out of the country when I need to talk to somebody at a local store.

Awesome TV. We’ve gotten used to its quirks and are enjoying it very much. Speakers are such that we hear, sound not distorted, love it. Reasonably easy to navigate to a channel or show. Awesome picture. Super easy to send movies from my iPad to the LG TV. Nothing cheap about this TV.

The LG 85 series QNED tv has great picture quality. We use it for movies and games. You can change the picture depending on the lighting in the room or what you are watching. Best tv i have owned.

this product is amazing. the screen is the best and the control options amazing haaa another best options. this brand have an app in this you can in your cell phone i love this, is like you have the tv control in your cell phone.

Good product for its price with decent quality and sound

Paid a great deal more for this tv than others of the same size because of the technology. Looks the same as my old tv in the kitchen. No different. I wish I bought the tv that was half the price, the picture is no different. Of course they displace something amazing in the showroom, but those images are never on the tv when you get home, it's regular stations. The football games aren't spectacular like I thought they would be. SAME PICTURE AS TVS HALF THE PRICE. Duped by salesman.

This LG TV is a great buy and a sharp looking TV! It works well in the room where we have it above the fireplace. Our couch is 12 feet from the TV and it does exactly what we wanted it to do for our room!

Great tv so far. Good quality and very nice picture. The tv sound quality isn’t great, but we have it paired with a LG sound bar which makes the experience much better. Best Buy made things easy for pickup at my local store.

Great picture, sound is hard to get dialed in but not an issue if you’re using a sound bar anyways. Other than that it’s a great tv for the price

This is a great Tv. Not great for viewing from the side, which is not an issue because of the location of this television. Overall absolutely love this Televisoon and would not hesitate to purchase again.

great tv make sure you buy a high end antenna to go with it for local channels, and a sound bar or surround sound set up as the built in ones are a bit ify.
