Amazing quality picture. Don't listen to what people say about the Mini LEDs, I have the 75" model in a rather bright living room and looks fine during the day. Gaming quality is next level as well with a separate gaming settings that pops up when a console is connected. The sound quality could be better, but it doesn't take away stars because the TV makes up for it in many other ways. The WebOS is great in this 2024 line as well, not laggy at all. Considering the price of this TV with it having Dolby Vision and Atmos is a very good deal. Very satisfied with this TV.

I purchased an open box 75" LG QNED - The salesman stated no less than Three times the tv had been checked out by the geek squad and its complete. I transported to my vacation home in Florida where I discovered no feet, hardware, or remote control were in the box - You can't contact the store directly so you are forced to deal with subcontracted support - never again Best Buy

Setting up the TV was a breeze, thanks to the built-in AI assistant that helps you select your preferred images right from the start.
Navigating the interface is effortless—the menu is fluid, intuitive, and the response time is impressively fast.
The TV itself boasts a sleek design with ultra-thin bezels, delivering an immersive big-screen experience.
The universal remote is a standout feature. It includes a trackpad, allowing you to use it like a handheld mouse, and it seamlessly controls other devices like my Apple TV.
Picture quality is outstanding, with vibrant colors and deep blacks. Watching movies in 4K is an experience on par with OLED displays.
Setting up for gaming was quick and easy, and the performance truly blew me away.

The LG QNED MiniLED TV strikes a balance between cutting-edge display tech and premium performance. Combining LG's Quantum Dot and NanoCell technologies with MiniLED backlighting, this TV aims to compete with OLEDs in picture quality while offering advantages in brightness and size flexibility.
Pros
Impressive Brightness and Contrast
Thanks to MiniLED backlighting, the QNED delivers deep blacks and high peak brightness. It's excellent for HDR content (Dolby Vision, HDR10, HLG) and performs well even in bright rooms.
Color Accuracy and Vibrancy
Quantum Dot + NanoCell delivers rich, vibrant colors. This is one of LG's most color-accurate LED TVs yet, rivaling OLEDs in vibrancy without the same risk of burn-in.
Gaming-Ready Features
With HDMI 2.1 support, 120Hz refresh rate, VRR (Variable Refresh Rate), ALLM (Auto Low Latency Mode), and low input lag, this TV is built for next-gen consoles like the PS5 and Xbox Series X.
webOS Smart Platform
LG’s webOS is responsive and intuitive, offering a wide selection of streaming apps (Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video, Apple TV, etc.). The new Quick Cards and customizable UI improve usability.
Design & Build Quality
Sleek and minimal with thin bezels, the TV looks great wall-mounted or on a stand. The build feels premium and sturdy.
Cons
Local Dimming Can Be Inconsistent
While MiniLED allows for more precise backlight control, blooming is still noticeable in very dark scenes around bright objects, especially when viewed off-axis.
Viewing Angles
As with most LED/LCD panels, contrast and color degrade when watching from the side. Not ideal for wide seating arrangements.
Not Quite OLED
Despite all the advancements, black levels and uniformity still fall short of OLED TVs. However, it makes up for it in brightness and lack of burn-in.
Best For
Movie lovers who want high brightness and vivid colors
Gamers looking for smooth performance and next-gen features
Families or bright living rooms where OLED might struggle with glare
Verdict
The LG QNED MiniLED is one of the best non-OLED TVs you can buy in 2024. It offers stunning color performance, excellent brightness, and a robust smart TV platform. While it doesn’t fully reach OLED black levels, the QNED is a compelling choice for those who want top-tier LED performance—especially for gaming and HDR viewing.

First time buying a slightly higher end LG television and I’m definitely not sorry I did. Great quality picture, perfect size (for us), easy to access settings and apps. Love the magic remote - so easy to use for navigation and option selection. Renders 4k movies and no lag when watching fast action sequences or sporting events.

I recently purchased the LG Class 90 75-inch TV, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice! The picture quality is stunning—bright, sharp, and full of detail with beautiful color accuracy. Watching movies and sports on such a big screen has completely upgraded my living room experience.
The smart features are smooth and easy to navigate, and the TV integrates perfectly with my streaming apps. The sound quality is impressive for built-in speakers, though pairing it with a soundbar takes it to another level.
Overall, this TV delivers on performance, size, and value. I’m very happy with it and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch big screen.

Although I bought this as an open box deal, it’s an amazing tv. Vibrant picture and great sound. Getting it for $450 since it was missing the stand and remote was totally worth it. Legs and a replacement remote were both purchased from Amazon for a total of $40 and I added the 5 year Geek Squad warranty for $100 that included in-home service. If you see a deal like this run, don’t walk, to the store!

Got this for a large room that is very bright with lots of reflections as well. I do feel that the back-lit design helps to mitigate the brightness of the room, the reflections are still annoying when the conditions are right, but not sure there's a lot I can do about that. Overall, very happy with the TV.

BestBuy does it again, with there Open-Box specials. I scored this as an open-box “excellent” for under $600. The tv itself is phenomenal. Very bright screen for miniLED, with incredibly dark blacks. Couldn’t be happier with this one!

So LG as a company has always been pretty consistent IMO. They go toe to tow with Sony and Samsung but unlike Samsung their quality seems to be higher and their products more stable. The one area LG has always fallen short with though vs the competition is in their LCD TVs. This is not because they are necessarily inferior but because LG uses their own panels which are IPS and thanks to that specific panel type, you cna only do so much to push their lcd tvs. However, something appears to have changed because for this year, the 98 inch qned89uta and the 65 and 75 inch qned90uta use VA panels. I just purchased the 75 inch qned90uta at a huge discount and let me tell you it competes with just about any Samsung i have seen outside of qdoled. Its like LGs engineers finally had the chance to go all out because of the VA panel switch. I highly recommend this TV in a brighter room, otherwise simply go with LGs OLED range which consistently are among the best TVs year after year.
