    Best buy has the worst service. I bought this tv in June 2025. The tv was great until it started having problems. It started having problems within the return exchange period. However when I contacted Best buy they refused to let me exchange or return it for a refund. And they told me to call manufacturer. So now I filed a dispute with my credit card company because I'm not going to pay for a tv that is defective and they refused to let me exchange or return with the return window. Companies shouldn't be allowed to sell production they are not going to follow their own return polices.

    1st I would like to say that LG's chat and live support leaves little confidence in the company. Now with the review, I purchased this model being that all the specks states that it has Dolby Vision, come to find out that Dolby Vision is not included what a disappointment that you pay high cost for misleading information - I would not recommended this TV or manufacturer being that I wasted $2,400 dollars that most likely I will not get back. All I can say is make sure you double check with all LG products which is a shame

    This th would be the best tv if it had hdmi 2.1. Who wants a tv of the future with old ports to the past. Crazy how one small kisyake cam makemor break a tv’s longevity.
