    Great Picture & features But Bad Warranty Service

    I bought this TV on Nov/22/18 and in less than 3 months, the lines were all over the place. Also, there was an area that looked like cracked from inside. I reached out to the LG customer service, going back and ford, and they first decided to send a technician to take a look into it. I was OK with that, but they wanted to charge me over $100 for only the visit. I refused that and wanted to speak with a supervisor to give me a resolution for this issue. Therefore I eventually spoke with an executive supervisor and they kept telling me that, according to the pictures that I sent, because there is a crack in the panel, the ONE YEAR WARRANTY does not cover that. WHAT DOES THE ONE YEAR WARRANTY COVER THEN? I informed them that nothing touch the TV. This is again all from the inside panel; the outside screen is not broken or something. Also, I forgot to mention that when I got the TV, after couple days, I noticed that the outside screen is NOT installed properly. What I mean by that is if I pushed the outside screen from all the sides, left/right/up/down, by my finger, the screen will go inside and will leave a big gab; however, they said this is relevant to the issue. If it is relevant to the issue, it should be gab only on the area that looks like it is cracked, left-bottom side, not all the sides of the TV. I should have returned it when I saw the gap, but I unfortunately didn't, and I think I will be taking the long way to get a resolution for this issue. Finally, I want to say that the TV has a great picture with great features, and I just wanted to post my experience here, so everyone is aware of this.

    I had bought my LG 75” TV on Black Friday and initially I didn’t have any problems. However about a month and a half after my purchase (January 12th), I was watching my TV and noticed a small green line running front the top to the bottom of the screen and a small black line going from one side to the other. At first I thought it had something to do with what I was watching, so I changed the channel but the lines were still there. So I returned the TV to the Best Buy location that I bought it from. Didn’t think that I would have a problem with a brand new TV that I had less than 60 days

    Poor quality- Stay away

    Purchased 75” on Best Buy’s early Black Friday special. Was delivered Friday 11/23/18. Installed the next day Saturday 11/24. Watched a Netflix movie Saturday night, Football all day Sunday. Monday came and turned on the Monday night football game, picture started to freeze. Every 15 minutes. Then TV started turning on and off by itself, repeatedly! Only way to get it to stop was to unplug it. Utterly uselesss now. Will be returning. Funny how Best Buy unloaded all of these and now doesn’t carry them on their website. Model number: 75UK6190PUB

    First off I understand things happen but LGs customer service is horrible my tv worked fine for 6 week then went black called LG nobody came to look at it for 3 weeks then he had a part with him and that didn't work 2 weeks later he comes with another part guess what that didn't work now it's been another 2 weeks still waiting with the tv taken apart sitting in our living room so all I can say is I warned you if this get working again I'm getting rid of it they are junk

    Bought this 75 inch during black Friday to replace my 55 inch Sony 4k tv in the living room. Yes it's big. But it was would not play nice with my Xbox one X. When I ran the 4k compatibility step up with console the picture was subpar. Even watching sports was blurry. Considering I was coming from a great tv already, beside the big picture, it wasn't worth it

    Amazon Prime APP Does not work

    Amazon Prime App doe snot work, while all others work fine on newly bought TV 1 day ago. We tried two ways to launch the App. It will take us to some other App each time. Talked to Best Buy Tech, he told me to talk to Amazon. However, Amazon app works fine on our Apple TV which we connected later. I do not recommend this TV, as well as Bestbuy store, for not being able to help.

    Great picture when it works

    I have had the geek squad out to fix this twice. At first the HDMI 1 input would stop accepting a signal. After replacing the motherboard on the last visit. The TV now turns itself off without any reason. It also changes the sound setting from HDMI to TV everytime I turn it on.

    The TV was delivered to me on March 6th. I was very happy with everything until April 13th when the picture became gray and distorted. Needs a new motherboard! A ONE MONTH OLD TV NEEDS A NEW MOTHERBOARD! Smh

    Terrible TV

    Picture quality deteriorated with multiple lines making it unintelligible within 3-4 weeks. Had to return it for a new one and went with Samsung 75 inch. Cant believe a TV would go bad in 3 weeks!!!
