This tv has excellent features an built in connectivity technology. Most of the time the picture is great however there is one noticeable and annoying issue. In dark scenes , the light from lighter objects bleed into the darker areas. This also occurs when light object are displayed against a dark background such as text on a black screen. On light scenes, this not noticeable but it can be a pain when watching darker scenes. Several internet forums discuss this issue. I'm still not sure if it's an issue with OLED in general or if it's an issue with LG. I advise others to research this before purchasing . I feel like I should not be noticing issues like the for the price paid for this tv. I will likely contact LG to see what can be done.

I would rate it higher if only it was working. I bought this TV as a Clearance sale at Best Buy. I was assuming that it was in good working condition and was tested well before it was sold. Due to the COVID-19 there's no way to get inside the store to test the TV myself before purchase. So I went ahead and trusted them that the TV would be in a working condition. I have to get a truck to get it curb side pickup. I normally don't post any reviews but I think this should be put out here to inform other people. Not sure if I have a lemon but the hassle for me to picking up this Huge TV 75 inch which I have to mount on our wall and very excited to watch for the weekend. Major fail, did not even lasted for a day, I have to take it down then get a truck again load it return to the store. Too much expectations but everything went down hill from there just less than an hour of testing the TV it already started to glitch on the screen stayed white like a bright flash light and it blacks out the screen. I am always very careful with any of my electronics specially with TV but this is just a bad one. I got a feeling it was too good to be true because the price was on great sale Open Item Display from the store for $990 4K which original price is $1499. So beware of any open items purchase in Best Buy its a trial and error. I was giving the store a benefit of a doubt that what they sell as an open item is in very well good condition and operational. It's a major fail and I know the people that works at Best Buy do work hard but come on this is not acceptable, selling a BAD non-working TV. Lesson learn never buy any open item at Best Buy, specially on big electronics item purchase.

I loved this TV for couple of months. The reason for that, is I coincidentally didn’t watch anything with dark or low lit scenes. The moment I watched a show on Netflix where they were filming a scene at night, was when I was like “oh no”. The light bleed that comes from all corners of the TV is insane. Terrible quality. Bright picture? Looks fantastic. But any scenes with poor lighting or darkness… your tv turns into a nightmare. It being past the return period (of course) LG sent a tech to my house, the tech saw the screen and told me that looks terrible! Replaced the screen, and nothing changed. Still stuck with a TV I paid $1600 for. Save yourself. Buy another TV.

Well I need to update the review. The TV main board has gone out and has been replaced and that didn’t fix the problem now the Panel per the technician needs to be replaced so I’m stuck with a TV only 8+ months old and use that’s broken again in less than a year. So while I wait for parts again I’ll miss another football game.... Facepalm Now awaiting for a new panel why my TV is broke again... The technicians are awesome that’s all I can say because if they weren’t there to save BB I would go somewhere else and get a replacement TV

Life is good with my 75"

My husband and I love our new 75" NanoCell TV. The picture on this TV is so amazing and life like. As with most TV's now, this is 4K but it has the added benefit of Dolby Vision, which makes the picture even more life like than a normal TV. Watching 4K movies on this is a dream, as the colors are so rich and vibrant. It also has Dolby Atmos capable sound which is pretty cool to experience.
It has 4 hdmi ports on it that allow you to hook up several devices to it to. This TV also has smart functionality. It has both Google Assistant and Alexa built in. You can just hit a button on the remote and ask one of the smart assistants whatever you like, including turning the volume up or down on the TV. It also comes with many streaming apps pre-installed and you can download more apps if you want, making this a streaming powerhouse.
The remote that is comes with is also quite nice. On older TV's, you use to have to use up and down side to side arrows to search for things, or enter in username/passwords. Not anymore. With this 'Magic Remote', it has a little pointer that pops up on the screen and you can move the pointer around by moving the remote. From there you can type in words sooooo much faster then before.
You can also search for things using the smart assistants to. This TV has been a great addition to our home theater experience and we are glad we bought it. I received this product at a discounted price in exchange for my honest opinion.

This TV is a complete waste of money and I’m kicking myself in the butt for buying it. The black levels are so bad All the corners are consistently lit up. Save yourself some money and buy a TV that is half the price at the same size. You gain absolutely nothing by spending $700 extra dollars. I have put photos below do not by this tv.

My husband purchased this TV for me to use in our bedroom. He hung it up on the wall as I love to watch late-night TV there. We have been married over 40 years and this is the nicest, largest TV that I have ever owned. Besides the huge screen, the color is amazing. Watching 4K television is like being there. The colors are very rich and detailed. The bright colors seem to stand out from the TV and the blacks are jet black, not a shade of black. It also sounds amazing as I hooked it up with my surroundsound speakers and it feels like I am in a concert hall. The Dolby Atmos sound makes the music sound amazing. The remote control works excellent with this TV and our other devices. The four HDMI ports are all being used. And we use our Alexa to control the TV as it has Alexa built into it. We just have to hit a button on the remote control and have it turn the volume up or down. It also comes with many streaming apps so you don’t have to download all of them. Overall this TV is amazing. I received this product at a discounted price in exchange for my honest opinion.

Great tv if you get it on sale

I got the 75in model on sale so for the price this tv is awesome. The picture is great, the stock speakers are decent but I would recommend getting a sound bar at least. The couple bad things I found was when your playing a game and your in a dark area on one side of the screen you will see a slight yellowish haze in the black areas now this will go away once you mess with the picture settings which isn’t that easy but I used a website for that. If you link up say a sound bar by Bluetooth you will sometimes get a metal tinging sound I found out it only happens through Bluetooth so I just hooked it up by the optic but other then those 2 things this tv is awesome

I have been researching a while for which 75 inch tv to purchase and have always had good luck with lg product in the pass but this has topped all expectations. The quality is amazing the technology with the magic remote is amazing. The sound is amazing along with the lg soundbar I went with also. For the money i can personally say its the best bang for your hard earned buck on the market. I will recommend to anyone in the market to choose this tv.

Let me first start by saying that I never write reviews. Upgraded from our old Samsung 55" TV. Was also looking at the 86" but huge price difference. This was a huge improvement from old TV. Not sure why some people say they have issues with the blacks. Picture is crisp. Put some biased lighting on it also. Hamlite TV Backlight 70 75 80 82 Inch TV Bias Lighting and mounted using ECHOGEAR Tilting TV Wall Mount. Get this TV!

Very nice TV. Great picture in 4K. Colors are very good. I notice some brightness in the corners during dark scenes due to it being an edge-lit LED, but not enough that I felt it was worth spending $500+ extra for a full-array.
My family has been happy with the purchase thus far. No TV will dazzle you quite the way the in-stores displays do because the majority of what you watch probably isn’t streamed in 4K. For the few shows that are (like newer Nextflix-owned shows if you subscribe to the top Netflix streaming package), you really notice a fantastic picture.
For those reasons, I felt it was worth spending more to jump from an entry-level 75” to the 8-Series, but I didn’t find enough benefit in spending significantly more to jump the an OLED.

This particular TV model is in the modest pricing range if one is looking for a screen size that fits the needs of the young family members and their games. It is not the cheapest but it is not bad at all after taking a tour of all the features. It is packed with easy to manage features. The colors are amazing. I love it. We just have to wait and see on how durable it is.

Great color, sound etc. Love the magic remote. This 75" Smart TV has everything! Easy set-up. Direct TV said we would still have to use their remote control. Untrue. The magic remote is all we need. Connect this smart tv to your whole home system. You choose your preferred virtual assistant.

I highly recommend purchasing this LG nano. The picture looks great and most importantly the blacks on the background look solid not with a bunch of pixels which I dislike. The remote is like a mouse you click on whatever you choose to watch. Plus at a decent price.

I will start out saying if your not happy with this TV then there is something wrong I read reviews all the time before I buy something and I read reviews that people say they can't get the picture setting right or the color is not right or Nick pick it for some stupid reason well when I got this 75 lg nannocell the picture wasn't the best the color wasn't the best and even the sound needed to be adjusted but I worked at it slowly and the 2nd nite I had the picture and color and the sound the way I wanted it and let me tell you something I'm old and don't no all this new stuff that they are doing to these new tvs and if I can adjust it anyone can just because it don't come out of the box and make popcorn for you and sweep your floors do something about it it's called work at it and get it the way you want it not everything in life is simple and I no someone is going to give it bad reviews because it might take them a couple of days to get everything right or it wasn't the way they want everything in life easy and don't work at it but this TV has beautiful color the 5.to 1 speakers sound good and picture is clear but it took me maybe 4 to 5 hours adjusting everything and to get it the way it is now I could of boxed it back up and took it back and told them that this TV didn't sweep my floors or make popcorn for me but I worked at it and got it right so everyone that wants everything easy in life and don't want to work at something for a couple of hours this may not be the TV you want but if you want a TV that has one of the best pictures I have ever seen and take your time to get it that way you won't be sorry buying this TV but if all you want to do is Nick pick or complain about how it came out of the box and wouldn't make popcorn for you or there was a piece of dust on the screen or it was to big or too small and it wouldn't do what you wanted it to do in 5 minutes then by all means buy this TV and complain about it just because that's what you do in life
