    Had to dismount it and return it and remount again

    After getting the TV home and mounting it realized there was a horizontal white line midway fully across the screen. Best Buy provided no assistance at all with this process since I did not do the mounting services with them which in my view was overpriced at $200 even thought he mounts were already on the wall and fit the TV. Made them fire up the replacement at the store to make sure it worked before mounting it again. Suspect quality and suspect service.

    I purchased the tv back in January, Picture looked amazing at the beginning Unfortunately after a while ,three vertical dark lines started to appear on fast motion scenes ,especially when watching sports . Now they rare visible most of the time I have tried everything from resetting the tv ,to adjusting and nothing helped It really irritates the eyes and it unpleasant to watch May be my luck

    nice tv BUT! Magic Wand revote is SO BAD you should pass this TV up! many calls and email to president could not get LG to replace it with a $10.00 alternative. if you are a rocket scientist you may be able to use this controller. if handicapped PASS IT UP! Customer service is the worst I have ever experianced!

    Cracked screen

    I got this tv and there is a line from top to bottom about a quarter of the way into the screen towards the right, where the color totally fades, like it was cracked.... was told nothing they could do. Even though it was delivered this way.

    Ethernet port went out a little over a year later and LG won't fix it. I spent over $6000 in a month on their equipment. Pay the exra money and get a Sony.

    I returned 2 televisions of the same brand, because of the bad quality, at first it looked good but after 4-5 days there was reflects on the corners

    Had a bad panel right away, horrible backlight bleed and no blacks at all. Would not recommend for dark rooms,

    Overall a descent TV. Good picture quality and fair refresh rate for movies and sports. 1 negative is the delay when selecting between live tv, Netflix, Amazon Prime and other function. I will return to Visio for my next purchase. Works better for my needs.

    Great picture, looks amazing. Audio is surprisingly good from this tv. Menus can be a TOUCH on the slow side but not enough to be a real nuisance. A lot of tv for the money!

    Im not sure if i had a defective unit but i had tonexhange it for a Sony. My Nanocell had a very blotchy backlight, which i dont expect to be oerfect in a relaively entey level tv but the worst part was attempting to watch sports, the tv kept dropping frames no matter the source i used. I even used an antenna to test it and it continued to occur. I do think the tv has great color and watching HDR programs from netflix look great on it but since i watch alot of sports, i need my tv to keep up with 60fps.

    This product has been lemon..Originally for few weeks it worked great then color module has gone bad twice. Wireless module has also gone bad. LG and Best Buy service has been way below average. We had Samsung TV before and never had any problems.
