This TV had great color and clarity. The volume on this TV is amazing. We are very happy with this purchase.

Cons: 1. TV is quite dark with one of the worst contrast ratios I ever seen. 2. You can achieve some brightness by changing to VIVID mode but then you loose lot of details in the picture. 3. Watching HDR content on this quite disappointing. As it looked very dim even in the dark room. I played with a lot with settings but it was still way too dark for me. 4. Dark screen never looks dark, and almost always looks gray removing the impact of the content. (See attached pictures) Pros: 1. Good viewing angle. I could watch the TV from almost any direction without loosing color accuracy 2. Unlike Samsung TVs, you can choose the sound option as TV speaker+optical, which is something I like. 3. User friendly remote and WebOS. Why this TV isn't for me? I am a movie guy who watches a lot of scifi / thriller / horror / action movies which mostly contains dark/night/space/starts scenery. And these scenes looked just awful with SDR as well as HDR content (even with the peak brightness) Who is this TV for? If you are more into TV shows / Sports and living in the fairly medium lit room, then you can go for this.

Clarity, price, smart remote and tv are wonderful. I love watching movies on my new tv because of the sound and other effects.

I bought the LG - 75" Class UN7070 Series LED 4K UHD Smart webOS TV for 899 and traded it in for this one only bc this one has Bluetooth. This one was 1199. I don’t see any difference beside the Bluetooth option which if you’re not using them it’s not a big deal. The picture quality looks more like a regular tv to me. The one for 899 had incredible details that it almost looked fake. I could see ever fine line on Dennis Quaids face in the movie Blue Miracle, which for me I loved. Some may not like how it looked. I think it looked more expensive than this one. Also the remote on this one is terrible. The home button is right below the volume down button so I literally hit home ALL the time! Very frustrating because they are SO close together. I’m not understand why this tv is so much more than the original model I got for hundreds cheaper. Save your money and buy the 899 one.

I bought and expected them to set it up but they could not set up on my wall need to explain better about the set up cost and what you will do. I was very disappointed

Right out of the box there is a pixel issue in the lower right portion of the screen approximately 6” by 4 inches. I called the store where I purchased it and am currently stuck in their phone system black hole. I have had the pleasure of listening to 30 minutes of Christmas music while there so far. After finally speaking to a person they put me back in their system. I was ultimately disconnected. This will be the last time I purchase anything from Best Buy.

Well never dropped or anything...handled with absolute care picked it up today and had my right hand firmly on the bottom and left palm clutching the top of the frame and i heard a snap crackle pop.wasnt even touching the screen. When i turned it on this is what i got..see photos.

Came home after driving an hour to pick up the TV. When I took it out of the box I noticed something didn't look quite right. I hooked it up and this is the great surprise that I got. Will be returning this tomorrow

Great picture and easy set up.. although very heavy!!! When carefully un packaging and installing noticed a very small scratch at top right corner of my tv. made sure I was very careful because it was very expensive.. it has to be a manufacturer scratch..Still thinking about returning it, all cardboard was thrown away wouldn’t know how to safely return to Best Buy.

I got this for our new house which has two living rooms. I’ve always been a samsung person, but I can definitely say I’ll be watching on this tv more. Beautiful picture quality with a ton of features. Super easy to setup and got it for a great price. Totally recommend it!
