    Huge tv, loved the size and audio, but the image wasn't crisp and clean. Very blurry with movement and annoyingly so while watching sports. I had higher expectations.

    It took 2 months to get my tv replaced do to the fact that it took Samsung a month and a half to send an email to best buy to say my tv was broken. Switched to LG and love it.

    Had 12 year old LG plasma 60. This new tv is amazing! And thanks to the staff for getting caught up to speed on the new technology. Turns out I was a little behind the times

    Excellent tv for the price! Although personalizing the apps could be better. Decided to hook up an Apple TV and a Sonos Beam which made this tv 50x better!

    I like the clarity of this TV. Resolution is pretty good. Remote is OK. Settings is a bit hard to get to. Annoying messages especially if you don't accept the Privacy terms and conditions. Overall, happy with the purchase.

    Great with 4K content, but the upscale from HD to UHD was not so good. Ended up sending this back for a SONY. Note, first time i have ever sent a major purchase back!
