    Glossy screen reflects everything a lot of glare . Didn’t notice in store . Cant return outside of return window . Cant adjust picture details like color brightness Etc. :-( wish I hadmorehelp w purchase in store .

    was working fine for a couple months, the stopped working. problem is beyond my means to fix. Calling Bestbuy to come out and look at, to fix....

    We had it for less than a month and already one of the computer boards is going out and it’s taking Best Buy over a month to get back with us to get the people out here to fix it. Still not resolved! Extremely poor service!! Don’t bother buying extended warranty it is not worth it!

    Looked good on paper, solid reviews. When it was up and running it was a little fuzzy. Took it back and exchange for higher end product. Very happy I did!

    Ok tv, Im still using a Pioneer plasma, LED cant seem to compete, well OLED probably can. Buyer Beware, every single place trying to sell you have special content streamed to these tv/s for the best possible display. Most of the content is filmed and provided to the stores for this purpose, most of the time, don't expect the same picture quality at home. This is not a dig against Best buy, its how tv's have been displayed for sale for a long time. So with that said, this tv is ok, pretty cheap price considering its size, its in a family room as my wife calls it and is only used occasionally, so its good for that. If I were to replace my regularly watched plasma, it will have to be the OLED version. for a 75 inch screen the picture quality is ok

    The Best Buy salesperson was very kind to make us understand about all our questions related to the product. Assisted with full purchase. This product has amazing picture and sound quality and we got it for a pretty good deal.

    The TV has a beautiful picture. I was sold the wrong holder and had to have it replaced. I recommend using the Geek Squad even if you have to wait longer.

    The TV is fine for basic viewing. But I've had nothing but trouble trying to AirPlay to the TV. When I can't do that, instead I try to stream from my computer by connecting over Wifi. That is pretty unreliable as well. The LG software is slow and bloated with useless stuff. I thought since it was a smart TV, you would have access to a lot of the typical apps like ESPN or other major networks, but LG's apps are pretty much useless. At this point I'm going to have to buy an AppleTV to make this thing useful and useable. LG needs to make some serious upgrades. I normally don't review things, but I'm so frustrated with this TV at this point, I decided to go out of my way to write this.

    Have had this TV since 2020. Over time, its gotten slower and glitchy. Its been getting worse and worse, to the point it freezes altogether and nothing will work. Unplug to reset, works a hair faster for a few hours before messing up again. Have tried factory resetting the TV as well. Horrible user interface, will never purchase another LG product. Everything they make that ive tried is junk!
