Customers praise the 75" Class NanoCell 85 Series LED 4K UHD Smart webOS TV for its exceptional picture quality, with many noting that the visuals are great. The impressive size of the TV and its high resolution are also well-received. Gamers appreciate the TV's suitability for gaming, while others find the setup process easy. However, some customers express disappointment about the lack of a specific app and criticize the remote control for being frustrating to use.

Substantially well built frame. Picture edge is clean and slim, great appearance overall. The metal feet are exceptionally well built, and easy to install. Unfortunately "All that glitters is not gold!" Motion rate at 120 is questionable? Fast action sports against solid backgrounds, i.e. soccer. Picture really struggled to follow the ball, and in the majority of cases, the ball became transparent against the background, appearing to vanish while travelling through the air. Basic picture settings struggle, even the HDR setting can't get through the hazy picture quality under movement. Struggles hugely in a dark room, where the edge lit LED support looks like UFO's scouring the edges of the TV. You will need to connect with a hardwire, this TV struggles with its wireless capabilities. Disconnects are random but current. Free LG tv app is a disaster, this apparent installed item was never sold by BB staff as a potentially great addition of multiple free channels. This is possible due to it's poor operational quality. Dark and murky menus, TV shows tend to glitch and go to black screen every three to four minutes. Tried watching MTV videos, took 7 attempts to play one video from The Weekend. Some of the other channels in menu are SD quality, this is so bad on the 75", you may want to go to your grandparents and pull out the old box TV, surely it would look better. Comes with preloaded apps that cannot be deleted that fill up 40% of the appearance menu, with no option to really clean up or add structure. Picture quality does improve when 4k content is broadcast or streamed, but not to the clarity you would expect. I have four other LG tv's amongst bedrooms and in truth, they do a much better job by simply focusing on picture quality than this unit. Consider the Sony 900 as a better option? Nanocell pointer works great, input prediction menu is fantastic when plugging in external devices. The shinning star is the WebOS app, using the pointer and viewing html is really efficient.
Finally ended up running on hardware, my wireless pushing over 200mpbs still allowed the TV to struggle, disappointingly. Hardwire improved time between operations, but didn't improve picture quality. Changing channel would leave 5-10 seconds of blur before picture quality would catch up, just in HD. Some apps appear better than others. Prime video performed the best, Netflix and HULU were okay. Peacock span the wheels for a good 30 secs before showing main screen. I have five other streaming TV's, none of them struggle like this device, and one of those is four years old. Good viewing angle, great remote. Go ahead and buy the Sony 900! Your experience and time count. This doesn't warrant a $1700 price tag. Maybe that's' why it's still on The Presidents weekend SALE... Bought from BB 2/24/21. I should take it back, not getting the feel good factor that I would've expected.

Excellent picture quality and easy to use. No complicated set up, onscreen guide walks you thru set up and operation. Senses the light so you have a great picture in any light. Paired with a Sonos soundbar for great sound.

For the price and the options this tv offers like HDR and Dolby Vision I think this a good tv. I like the remote and WebOs that has all the apps I could ever want. The picture quality isn’t the best there is by any means, but if you go into the picture settings and tweak it a little bit it’s fairly good. My only complaint is that the LED local dimming creates a ungodly amount of backlight bleed or ghosting that is extremely distracting. The only way to get rid of it is turn Local Dimming off which kinda defeats the purpose of having this feature. The sound is pretty much on par with all other flat screens which isn’t really that good, but if your buying a 75 inch tv then you probably all ready have a home theater or soundbar anyway. Aside from local dimming being pretty much useless I’m pleased with this purchase.

Great price, Easy to set up, keeps a great connection to WiFi, wonderful to watch movies and sports. The only negative is the clumsy remote design, but that won’t decrease the overall 5 star rating.

The LG NanoCell has been a nice addition to our bedroom. Geek Squad wall mounting of the TV and Soundbar really added to the value of the TV as it looks as good in the room as the content looks on the TV.
I have been watching a lot of the NHL playoffs on the new TV, and the Sport display mode makes a superb bright and sharp image. In fact, I have a direct frame of reference comparison. I have been watching via Youtube TV, which we can stream through both an Amazon 4K Firestick and the LG Smart TV platform. The same stream looks better on the LG Smart TV Youtube TV app in the Sport display mode than on the Amazon Firestick Youtube TV app in HDR mode that the Firestick offers. I can't wait to see what NFL games look like!

This is such a great value! The picture is great and it's so easy to operate. No complaints at all. I did hook up a soundbar and sub which should always be purchased together any way.

Great option for those looking for a mid-level 4k LED but not wishing to pay OLED prices. The Magic remote feature is great as well as the Google Assistance feature!!

Very pleased with the picture quality, motion, the sound and all the features. I don’t even use my sound bar anymore unless I need to watch/listen to something with heavy bass. Internal speakers are very impressive for a flat screen. The motion has no lag for sports or action movies. Love my TV. The only issue I have I wish the remote keys lit up for night time use, easy solution is to download app and use any smartphone as the remote.

The TV is great. Can’t go wrong with an LG for the picture, sound and brightness. Best Buy is the way to go when buying a TV and wanting it installed. The store staff are courteous, responsive and very helpful. They matched Costco TV prices and helped me to get the set delivered and installed. The service tech guys who installed the TV on the wall were knowledgeable, experienced and went out of their way to make sure I was happy with the installation. I was watching TV as they walked out the door. This was an easy experience. Way to go Best Buy!!

Not a fan of the smart tv navigation system. It's clumsy and limited. BUT this TV has EXCELLENT picture quality and as long as you have other devices to rely on for streaming like a ps4, roku, or fire stick (something along those lines) the clumsy navigation isn't really an issue. Definitely get the highest quality fire stick, as the regular one will not look good on such a large TV I got this for my father and he hated it at first until we got him a fire stick and made it user-friendly for him. I would definitely recommend this TV

So far, really good! I did a good amount of research on this purchase. I wanted a t.v that would Excell for games/movies. I'm really happy with how this LG looks playing my P.C. I'm using it as a giant gaming monitor and it's pretty epic. Bonus.... I didn't expect the speakers to be this good. The bass is loud and rumbles almost as good as my last sound bar/sub woofer combo. Really impressed with it.

I really love the picture of this TV, for the price and size. Did have a problem with downloading apps to the TV. I called LG and they sent someone out to help with the problem. I have century link internet and I figured out just use your hotspot not connected to the wifi just solely use phone data to download and update apps. Other than that my internet works just fine on and with tv. Definitely makes my ps5 look great as well.
