It took two attempts to get our new TV installed due to the sales person not asking the right questions when he made the sale. Even with the delay we had to run back to the Knightdale store on the day of installation to purchase wall mounts for speakers.

I am happier with this tv than I thought I would be. I also own a Sony 900h and this competes with the Sony all day. Love this tv and especially the Magic Remote and user interface.

Excellent performance for an item that is near the top of the line (but, not there). Very good performance for the price. Only gripe is, I wish it came with a paper operator's manual.

We got our 2 LG TV's, the representative explained to us all about the tv's, so we could make an informed decision on what TV to buy for our needs and use. They made it so easy.

I have always been a Samsung buff but man this TV outdid anything in the price range for Samsung. Great contrast and like the software and smart TVs features better than Samsung.

The tv is excellent for gaming and 4K video output. Great value for the price. No issues so far. I have owned it for a month and a half.

Really love our new TV! We wanted to stick with LG as we currently had one and we’re familiar with it. The quality is really amazing! Will be keeping this for quite some time!

I would buy again! Hans and Connor, from the Geek Squad, would be the only two I would use! So incredibly detailed oriented. Thorough, personable, and you should clone them! Super!

4 Stars not because of the TV but the remote. Tv is exactly what you want. The remote doesn't wanna play well with the Apple TV 4k and my surround sound. The "Magic Remote" must has lost its magic somewhere along the way. Great Tv though ;)

Their is lots of issues, like auto dimming. the adjustments took a while to fix that problem, Input lag Bluetooth is also a problem. Their was all kinds of problems, better look them up before you buy this TV

Not entirely satisfied with the picture quality for older shows but I guess this is due to the fact they weren't taped in a supported format. The TV was easy to install and fit just barely in the back of my SUV to get it home.

Salesman excellent but rest of experience awful delivery team out right nasty their boss should be fired for incompetence and I was charged for items they never did.

This TV was fantastic... for 2 years, 10 months, 26 days until it just went poof, I'm a ghost TV now. It lived up to its price point for all of that 2 years, 10 months, 26 days but not a minute more. I will be hesitant to spend up on LG ever again. Lesson learned.

Good Tv for the money. Controller style takes a little getting used to but manageable. Speakers are just ok. Would suggest a sound bar to pair with it.

Overall, not a bad TV but I cannot express enough how poorly designed the home screen functions in combination of probably the most counter intuitive remote control I have ever worked with. It might be fine for a gamer...I don't know; I'm not a gamer. I grew up in a time we had to use our own imaginations to have fun...but had I known how functionally deficient it was, I never would have paid 1600.00 for this train wreck. Like a bunch of technology thrown together in no specific user friendly way, shaken, then poured out to the general public for consumption. I need a tums.

Great performing tv. Panel isn’t the cleanest and dimming zones aren’t perfect but that’s to be expected from LED. My next purchase will be an OLED. Only gripe is the unavailability of some apps namely HBO MAX.

Picture, Menu's, inputs handling all as easy as ever. Has many more functions that I plan on utilizing on quiet weekends. (Whens that?)

Loving this TV! I have the Oled in LG as well and both are great. Perfect for the living room.

Good picture for the price. Have problems with homekit connection lot of the time. And occasionally airplay issues. If those worked well would be a 5
