    Web OS is great with all the Apps I need to retire my old Apple TV. Great picture quality and the remote with the “mouse like ability” is a real game changer for searching and logging into accounts. Not a fan of voice controls, so haven’t tried that.

    It’s not as clear as the 8620 LGseries I really wanted. The picture is clear but darker than I’d like.

    Not able to set up new Samsung sound bar and sound from TV simultaneously. I feel like I paid a ridiculous price for a TV that is not able to do something my 6 year old 65” was able to do. I called customer service, got someone who barely spoke English who confirmed that this was not possible with the the new tv. “Was not an option.” Very disappointed.
