Delivery problems
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The TVs has a really great picture and when it finally was delivered the second time since the first TV was damaged they installed it and the guys did a great job. However it did take four attempts to get it here which we were not very happy about as the excuses for it to be postponed we’re not very clear to us. I don’t know if I’d recommend buying anything from this Best Buy.

Ridiculous 15 day return policy

Since BB pitiful 15 day return policy had passed I had to call LG and go through a lot of inconvenience to set up a repair time. Over the years I have spent tens of thousands at BB, but NO MORE! I should have been able to take this piece of garbage back too the store and get a refund not even having it a month!

Black and white tv
