Customers are saying

Customers regard the 75" Class UM6970PUB Series LED 4K UHD Smart webOS TV's picture quality as very good, making it a great TV for the price. They also appreciate its large screen and easy-to-use interface. However, some customers have expressed concerns about the remote control's button placement, the limited number of apps available, the low refresh rate that can cause blurriness, and the sound quality, recommending a soundbar for better audio.

Hands down one of the best and most reasonable priced TV's out there for over 70" Has all of the up to date smart feature apps. Free services through LG - Quick access menu. Great picture and sound quality as well. Only downside is I feel the remote could be a little more slick, up to date, and have a lights button for movie watching in a dark room.

This TV replaced my 5 year old 55” Sony, which was 2180p. This has an excellent picture, and I can appreciate the larger size, as my family room is about 18feet wide. Having the WebOS makes this so much better, can load many apps on it. We have steamed many shows, no need for a Firestick. I finally bit the bullet when Best Buy had it on a great sale.

Most LED tvs nowadays are pretty much all the same. However, LG has began offering very large tvs with many features at very affordable prices. This one is a prime example. The tv is sleek, has great picture, many customizable settings, and the free internet channels offered through LG is great!

I have two other LG TVs that I have been very pleased with and still own and are working today. This TV purchase was just a size upgrade for me. Go with this 75” if you’re on a under $1000 budget- nothing is disappointing, theres a reason “Life’s Good” with LG Great Picture, Amazing quality overall 100% Pleased! ONLY downfall is this model comes with a standard remote and not LG’s Magic Remote. BUT you can order one on amazon from LG’s authorized retailer “Walts” for $32.99. Then you can access the TVs talk features as well as user ease to navigate through the Smart TV Capabilities.

The picture is great and the sound quality is actually surprisingly good. The navigation took a little getting used to as I’m upgrading from a Roku TV which is a little more simple and intuitive. Set up was still fairly simple. This is compatible with LG’s Magic Remote but only comes with a basic remote that I found to be rather clunky. I purchased the Magic Remote separately and it has greatly enhanced the user experience. The only negative experience I’ve had is that some of the streaming apps I used on my Roku TV are not available through LG’s App Store and don’t seem to be available any time soon such as ESPN+, Kanopy and HBO Max. This isn’t a deal breaker necessarily because I can still access them via PS4 or Amazon Fire but is a minor inconvenience. Overall for the price this was definitely a purchase I am happy with.

Bought this to replace my 65", also an LG, so not much difference other than the extra 10". The size difference played a role in everything but the picture quality. The box is huge! Over six feet long. Was able to mount the 65 by myself. No way to do that with this one, at least not for me, could barely lift it and because of the size couldn't tell where the brackets were. Definitely recommend help or professional installation if you're mounting on the wall. The feet are solid and the remote is clear and easy to understand. Wish it came with the optional "magic" remote though.

This TV works great! I've had it for 4 weeks now and absolutely no problems. I put back lights on it, added a Bluetooth Sound Bar with subwoofer, and put a swivel wall mount on it. Looks great, sounds great, works great!

First off this TV is huge. It may not seem like it when you're in the giant open store, but once you set it up/mount it in your home, you'll see just how big it is. Picture quality is amazing, HDR works great, and all features of the TV work as expected. Apps (prime, netflix, etc) actually stream in 4k (a feature that is bafflingly missing on other brands I own) The only complaint (which upon research is common and apparently not limited to LG) is that while you can use the HDMI ARC in/output for device control, you will NOT get quality sound back to your reciever/sound bar. I had to run a second optical audio line for audio return.

I bought this to upgrade from my 50" lcd. this have 4k. good quality. the only thing i regret is not getting a bigger size. it still looks small in my living room. maybe next year I'll upgrade to the 100" or more. for the sales price i paid for I'm not complaining. the remote could of been better. if you are not aiming at the tv correctly or some object is blocking where the little red light on the tv is located it will not work. I wish it was bluetooth. over all ot is a good tv.

I was pleasantly surprised when I plugged in my external hard drive to the usb port and the tv opened it up and was able to play my movies etc. Lots of great apps and tons more to choose from. No computer needed unless you want to run computer games on it. Only had a few days. Will update rating if I encounter any trouble but so far I am thrilled with this TV.

So this is my 3rd LG Television, I liked the first one so much, Ive stuck with the LG brand ever since. This particular model has a wonderful crisp picture with better black than my last one! With a little fine tuning using the "Vivid" setting & turning off the power saver option, it makes all the difference! Plus what a great price for such a large tv! The only thing this TV doesn't have that I was hoping for was the Magic remote. Other than that you can't go wrong!

My husband and I bought this TV for our living room when we bought our first house. We LOVE it and the size. It's super easy to use. We don't feel comfortable mounting it on our walls (live in an old house) so we have it on an entertainment center, which was a little tricky to find due to the TV size and how the legs are mounted towards the outside. We've had this TV for a year and have had no problems. Super easy to use

I purchased this TV while visiting my parents in Arizona (about 1000 miles from where I live). Brought it home and set it up about a week later, and half of the screen is busted. I returned the TV and exchanged it for another tv, same model....This TV is GREAT! I think it may be smarter than me. Great picture, sound, options, etc. There is nothing this TV can’t do! Purchase the”magic remote” with it if you can...it makes it much easier to use and enjoy.

Last year I purchased a 65" Samsung 6 Series and it was an okay tv. Color as decent and it was sharp, however the backlighting was not even and the tv's OS felt slow and laggy. Purchased this 75" LG this year on Black Friday and I'm impressed! I used to work at Best Buy and was always seeing the larger LG TVs as a popular item and they were always super east to set up. Picture quality is amazing, colors are vibrant and punchy yet not too over exposed (assuming you calibrate it and not use a default profile). Backlight is super bright with not odd dark spots or unevenness. The OS is snappy and easy to use. I have yet to find something I'm not happy about on this TV and I highly recommend it.
