I've only had the tv for a month but everything went well. Delivery was on time, the product was not damaged , and it worked perfectly right out of the box, I am not a tech savvy guy so probably wont use all this tv has to offer but for the price and the quality and the things this tv can do it was well worth the money

We looked at a lot of TVs and this one checked all of the boxes we were looking for. We considered one similar that was twice the price, but realized we don't need the added pixels when most of what we are watching doesn't even stream in 4K.

Nice picture, was my first lg tv so nervous on learning from my Vizio but had no problem. Easy to guide through all your apps and even use screen mirroring for fun family moments

Good value for a 75”. It’s fast OU but the 60Hz and color wash is what makes me give it 4 stars.

Great TV with a great picture and sound. The clarity is amazing. It’s strange to see the pores and wrinkles in people’s faces. Super cool!

Went from a Panasonic 50 inch plasma TV (from 2008) to this TV. Honestly, the plasma TV seemed to have a better picture. Messed with all of the settings, but the black levels are nowhere near as good as the plasma TV. Maybe that is true for all LED/LCD TVs versus plasma TVs (wonder if QLED would get close to plasma quality)? Viewing an all black screen on this TV you can see patchy areas of brightish blotches (I assume from the backlighting?). I am not too picky so it is fine for me (and its not like you are typically watching a black screen), but if you were a true video aficionado it may bother you. Especially, if you were going from plasma to to this LED/LCD TV. It does have a good picture, I guess I was just expecting better than my old plasma TV. On the plus side the energy consumption is much less than the old plasma (which was like turning on a 500 watt lightbulb). If you are not super picky about black levels, it is a good TV at this price point and it has a lot of nice features. My kids love it and they don't even notice the difference between this and the old TV (other than how much bigger this one is, which they love).

From unpacking to setup, the size will necessitate two people. After mounting to wall, getting settings was fairly easy. Picture is amazing but this tv really shone when we hooked up our Xbox One X. We were amazed to watch 4K discs with true HDR support. Awesome picture. Bottom line:We love this TV!

The TV was fairly easy to install with one helper to attach it to the wall bracket. The instructions for connecting to Amazon Prime and Netflix could be improved for older folks like me that are not very tech savvy. I had to have my daughter come over to help with that part of the install.

Bought this on a pre Black Friday sale, and WOW!!! I’m not really one to watch much TV, but my husband is a tv addict. Because this is such a beautiful picture, I find myself watching more TV! Can’t wait to get the time to set u all the features and truly use this tv to its full potential!

Purchased for living room .hang on the wall looks bit big but not to heavy .picture very clear fast set up . Sound fair but no the best with a sound bar sound amazing. Family love it . So far no issues

Have this tv outside patio, looks good with exception of the glare if it is bright behind me. The sound is actually good don't really need a sound bar unless you want louder and boomier sound. Wifi connectivity is good no problems there. At 75 inches this tv is great for football!
