But this one would have gotten 5 starts but I hate the circle/arrow that's can't be turned off from the remote... Not a big fan of these smart features.... I just want a great picture could do without so much of the"smart" tv crap..... Picture is nice. Not much better then my last tv that was 5 years old....

The service I received when purchasing my products and the service I received from the geek squad during installation of products both were great as well.

Nice tv

Picture quality is OK on some movies, others it's kind of grainy. Noticed with a lot of movies we get the black bars changing the picture size. No point on buying a 75 inch if it's going to be reduced to a smaller size. Remote isn't very easy to use. Would've definitely bought a smaller TV if they had them in stock since they were cheaper.

The sales rep who helped me was awesome. I wish I could remember his name. He helped me pick the perfect Flat screen. I would definitely come back to the store for my next electronic perches.

LG UHD TV

The Geek Squad guys set it up for me and it saved me a lot of struggle and headache. I would typically do that myself but with a 75-inch TV I didn't want to take any chances. I'm so glad I did that.

They were FAST & efficient but not overly helpfull. As though they couldn't wait to finish & leave.

Great smart tv

I love all apps. I did not give it a 5 because I am saving 5 stars for the tv producer that allows us to watch FB live. Although I can cast from my phone to TV I would like the app on my tv.
