The tv is great! I’m satisfied with the quality and the user friendliness. My only problem with this tv and the reason for 3 stars is the apps you can install are very limited compared to Samsung tv’s {LG DOES NOT HAVE HBO MAX OR ESPN APPS} Pay good money for a TV and can’t utilize some features that my 42” tv has!

The 75" LG was a promotion item and we did not understand what that meant. The lower price did not mean it had better picture quality. We returned this TV for a Samsung model which costs twice what the LG sold for.

With Netflix and Prime, the tv picture is excellent. However, regular cable stations the TV picture is very poor. I am replacing it with a Samsung 75 TV.

Gonna start by saying that this tvs flaws started just after the return window closed.
The remote control is unwieldy. The TV drops internet connection at random.
The black rendering is poor and has areas of light cloudy spots.
Tv just doesn't live up to its touted abilities.

I had an older 42 inch led LG tv and it was great, so I thought this was going to be better since it was newer. It was a big TV in size, but the picture was horrible if you were not on streaming HD or HD tv.

Tv has a pink flash that keeps flashing on screen and the sound went out twice today had to power tv on and off to get sound call bestbuy to get a replacement and they said I was 2 days over there fifteen day return policy I didn't know it was a fifteen day return policy I got the tv and had to go out of town for 2 weeks when I got back and put the TV up and 3 days later I noticed the pink flash and now they don't want to replace it just sad on bestbuy part.

Not a bad tv, it could be a bit more clearer but over all it’s a pretty cool tv has nice extras on it. My only complaint would be the picture isn’t as clear as what was said which is very important.
