This is an EXCELLENT TV!!! The only knocks are: no Dolby/Dolby Vision and the remote stinks (not a magic wand and it's not compatible). The sound isn't bad. I didn't like that the frame is grey.

You can’t go wrong with an LG T.V. And Best Buy is the way to go when you upgrade. They offer the best warranties and delivery and installation service available!!!

Had this TV for about a month and have had no issues at all. Definitely would recommend getting this on sale

As far as my purchase, it was online and that was fine, however when i called i didnt seem to get the questions i had answered. My new LG TV has Alwxa built in with instructions on how to use the Alexa button on my remote, wells its difficult to use Alexa if the remote doesnt have an Alexa button
