We had an old LG that lasted more than 15 years with NO problems. The 2022 replacement only lasted a couple of months. The second replacement delivered September 2023 lasted only 8 months. TV wont come on and crazy screen and noise prior to losing TV power. Yesterday Best Buy Total Tech promised a replacement TV. Today the repairman came and said there was no replacement. he was there to repair it but had no parts. I was flat out lied to yesterday and again today. The order put in yesterday was for the replacement 2 years ago (same date, same old 2022 tv). No new order was sent. The Geek Squad tech was appalled at the treatment we have received from Best Buy. He was supportive and kind. Yesterday we were promised not only a new tv, but a cash reimbursement as well. Now they say that was never mentioned even though it is in the notes from the phone call. Sloppy sloppy, and awful unacceptable business practices. We were told by Total Tech there are no supervisors available and we could not speak with a company manager. They are picking up the TV in two days. My 80 year old husband is bed bound and the TV is his only source of recreation.
