    It was great before the screen broke. The sound and display was impressive. However, it is not as sturdy. I had a move and we had moved it from the gound to stand and the screen cracked . This was not a tiny crack but a huge one that went across the entire TV. We didn't drop it or anythinf, just carried it on to the stand. Maybe the force of our hand holding it cracked it, but it insane that it had cracked from just holding it.

    Love this tv! Easy set up great picture. Added a Bose soundbar to enhance it! It’s BIG had to buy a new console to stand it on!’ But it’s awesome!!!!

    I bought this to replace a 75" samsung that blew up on me. the menu structure is very similar, so it was easy to learn. the picture is an improvement over the samsung i believe. i also love the fact that the remote has a number pad and will control my cable box. that's something that always annoyed me with roku/samsung tvs - their desire to make their remotes so ultra simplified

    We have purchased both our smart TVs from Best Buy. The one we just replaced lasted 16 years and we hope the same will be true for the new one. This 72 inch TV has incredible high DEF viewing and sound. We could not be more pleased and at a reasonable price also.
