I like the fact that it has REGULAR remote, but the response is horrible. The eremote on my 10 year old Samsung is a lot faster/responsive. Image is a bit dark even though I played around with the color, image etc. The image is not very clear, you can see the pixels on the peoples faces, specially when watching local channels. Everything reflecst on the screen, the only time it doesn't is if the light is off, courtains closed etc. Sound options are very good. Overall is ok but you can't ask a lot for th eprice.

And the television is the best very nice now I enjoy my favorite movies and I channeled them local everything is wonderful thank you best buy!!!

First off, the TVs user interface is annoying and buggy. Remote is lousy and has no raised parts for vision impaired. Now thats its put of warranty the screen randomly blacks out and you cant get back to the home page. Also if the wi-fi goes out, you cant use the tv without resetting the date and time. Every, single, time! Next time ill go with another brand.
