    I've always trusted LG but not now. Ive had this tv over a year now. First off, the TVs user interface is annoying and buggy. Remote is lousy and has no raised parts for vision impaired. Now thats its put of warranty the screen randomly blacks out and you cant get back to the home page. Also if the wi-fi goes out, you cant use the tv without resetting the date and time. Every, single, time! Next time ill go with another brand.

    Salesperson told me this wouldnt last a year

    BESTBUY REVIEW...NOT TV. I went to Best Buy to buy this TV. The fella that helped me said why i wanted that one. He said soon after buying it i would notice bubbles on the edges of picture and it wouldn't last a year. . I told him i had this brand before and that's what i wanted. I explained to him that I had someone waiting in the parking lot to transport it for me and asked him to pull me the tv. He said it was in the back and asked me to walk in his direction. He then took me to a wall of TVs and started explaining to me the difference in the TVs. I told him I was in a hurry because I was paying that guy waiting out in the parking lot. He explained to me that two TVs were off on the wall not because they turn them off but because they didn't work because they were these ut tvs. At that point I left. I let the manager know i came in to quickly purchase what i wanted and his employee told me it was garbage. Beyond frustrated. That was for a birthday present. I will have to buy one somewhere else, be late with the gift and hire someone again to transport it.
