I am now in love with LG TVs. It is also easy to set up, add apps, and all around a great TV. We have had problems in the past because the sound was not loud enough. It is loud enough for my husband to hear, which is wonderful since he has had some hearing problems. I also love that the legs were easy to install.

Remote buttons are clumsy with unwanted predefined channel buttons and difficult to use arrow keys. Every time we need to forcefully see and click the arrow or OK keys otherwise it will take minutes to resume our program in case if we clicked LG channels accidentally, that is annoying. LG gave priority to their channels regardless of customer pain point.

This my second one I purchased from Best Buy and received good quality from both so far. My friends and family loved the way the pictures looks on the tv when ever they visited

My first 75” tv as an adult and I must say I made the best choice going with LG. Picture quality is amazing and the sound this tv makes with AI is better than my soundbar !
