After about a month since we bought it, our screen started to get lines on it. We called and the insurance replaced our screen and so far we have no other problem.

It works great! The sound could definitely be better. We usually have to set it to level 40/100 to be loud enough.

I ended up having to go back to the store where the store manager assisted me in replacing the LG TV with a different brand. So now I’m getting my TV a week later than expected. Delivery Day finally comes and when the TV arrives, we were told that there was no order for them to take the existing TV with them. When I called customer service, I was advised that I did not choose this option, so while I am happy I was not charged for it, I did VERY CLEARLY request it on the day of my purchase and I was ignored. Last purchase I make at Best Buy.
