    Overall, good TV. The remote is a little tricky to use, which is the main complaint. Have only had the TV for about a week, but the picture is great in the basement where we have a little ambient light.

    The picture quality is excellent; however, everything else falls short. The user interface, remote and settings are astonishingly complicated and poorly engineered. The LG Soundbar interface was complicated and lacked the necessary features. Although LG is a pioneer in this technology their software and firmware are deeply flawed. I returned the TV and soundbar within one week of receiving it.

For instance, the webOS home screen allows you to reorder the app tiles to prioritize your most-used apps.     We bought this tv on Oct13th for $1599.99 at BestBuy store. When we checked online on Oct31st the price was $1,499. When we called customer service they put us on hold for 35 minutes stating they are working on it and then came back stating they cannot do a price match or provide a credit for the difference….while the website states that they do the price match during holiday period…so, frustrating in wasting the time and keeping on hold. TV is fine. Picture quality could be better
