I’m new to the OLED world, but wanted to upgrade after realizing I wasn’t getting the most out of my newer sound bar while paired with my 10 year old 55” Sony LED. I did weeks of extensive research online and in person before settling on the LG C2 over the Sony A80K and I am not disappointed! Despite Sony being known for better processing, I felt that the overall aesthetic of the LG was sleeker and that the other minor differences didn’t pull me back towards the Sony. Despite popular opinion, I actually like the look and use of the WebOS with the magic remote. We got the 77” as an open box item and all it was missing was the owners manual and some piece of the stand(we mounted it to the wall so we didn’t need the stand anyway). A month later and this TV still has that wow factor. The picture absolutely blows us away every time! So happy with our upgrade! Thank you, Best Buy!

    GREAT OLED

This is definitely a great TV. OLED for some people can't be beat, and I can see why. For the money and quality this TV is being rated top in the world by many TV review websites. The picture is awesome, no doubt. However, for me it just isn't bright enough and could do sports a little better, so I returned it for the new LG 85 series 75" that has the mini LEDs. If you want OLED you really can't go wrong with this one. LG makes all of the OLED panels being used. I guess LED is just better for my needs. I also like that LG is an American company. I have never had a problem with their products. They last and perform very well. Also, thank you Best Buy for your no-hassle return policy; I appreciate it!

It is an amazing TV. The colors are saturated and amazing. Blacks are deep with no lifting of black bars. WebOS works fine but apps aren't as deep as Google. It is considerably faster. One of the issues is the better the TV the worse some streaming video looks. YouTube TV does not upscale as well as my Nvidia Shield does. For me most of the Cinema settings are too warm but this can be changed. My biggest issue is for a 77" it is 2-3 times more costly than a good QLED. Frankly the TCL 6 and Hisense U8H are both SO bright that blacks look great. For most people if cost IS an object it makes more sense for QLED over OLED, at least above 65". My other issue is how can a $3000 TV with 4 HDMI 2.1 inputs have a $15 100 base ethernet card and 802.11ac wi-fi? I know they aren't the only ones but for this cost it should have gigabit ethernet, an ATSC 3.0 tuner, and 802.11ax.

I put off buying an oled because of price. Got it on black friday sale and it is definitely worth the extra money. Picture is amazing compared to my mini led panel tv. Really shines on Ps5 with smooth frame rate and perfect blacks and colors.

Appreciate the help of the Best Buy associate in showing the differences in the brands and models. Picture is great, lots of depths and good color. Set up was fairly easy. Remote control easy to use once you get used to it.

Best TV I've ever owned. Coming from a 75" TCL 6 series. Amazing colors and perfect blacks. I wish it ran Android TV though. The new WebOS isn't intuitive.

Yes, it is that good! I did weeks of research before making this purchase. I really don't have anything negative to say about it. Picture quality in 4K is unreal. Plenty of brightness, which was a concern for me. Remote works fine. Lots of customizing if you want to play around with it. I really don't know how anyone could have anything to complain about concerning this TV? Outside of getting a defective unit or something. If it's in your price range, get it. You won't be disappointed.

I purchased an open box item and while it was in excellent condition it appeared to be packed in a new materials by a bunch of toddlers. Thankfully I brought enough packing materials so I could repack it before heading home on a 3 hr drive. Didn’t think “open box” meant literally parts of a box. That said given it’s size it would have been good to know in advance that they must be transported upright and not on their back. Luckily I had an inch to spare in the van. Once home I was able to install with a friend in less than an hour. The real joy was seeing it turn on. Amazing image. Super impressed with the unit. LG doesn’t disappoint with the C2 series.

Best TV purchase in a long time. If you’re on the LED vs OLED fence like I was, buy the OLED. Closest thing to an old plasma picture wise I have seen. Movies and shows in the dark look amazing. Never going back to LCD screens after this. The smart TV aspect works smooth and fast as it should. Purchase experience was good as well. Salesman was knowledgeable and friendly. I was initially looking at the SONY Bravia series but found out LG makes the panels for SONY, so picture wise they are essentially the same. The LG was much cheaper at time of purchase and does not skimp on quality.

Have had this TV for just over a year now, and the picture is great!! My house is now the location for watching college football games! People (including me!) still comment on how good the picture is! You won't be disappointed. One small thing to mention, every now and then I notice in really fast sequences, the refresh rate doesn't keep the picture clear for that instance. A good example is when the confetti machines are pumping out thousands of pieces that area is somewhat blurred, but is normal viewing content it's rarely noticed.
