Nice TV - app part sucks

My husband watches CrunchyRoll and he can't get it on this TV. Pretty disappointing. It's a weird platform. But the quality is great besides that.

I don't use the sound so no way to evaluate that. I suppose it would be better if it was a touch brighter when the room is real bright. But I simply love it.
