    Upgraded from a 2016 LED 65” Curved Samsung TV, the new TV is amazing, the color definition is amazing. Love it

    C2 corrupted WebOS software turned into a brick

    Beautiful images, buy the extra Warranty. I don't have cable and rely on the WebOS streaming connection via ethernet. Within 2 months my 77" C2 turned into a brick, Error 202 "Server Certificate Cannot Be Trusted". Submitted LG Customer Inquiry and tried every suggestion. The tv software has a "Certificate" to handshake with LG WebOS Servers and once corrupted inside the tv there are a few tricks you can try but if they don't work the $2400 tv turns into a WebOS brick. This is nuts, LG has no way to reload a valid Server Certificate onto the tv because before accessing the internet you must agree to the User Agreement, but you can't do so until after the tv connects to the LG Server, but the tv can't connect to the LG Server because the Certificate is corrupted inside the tv. Based on LG Customer Inquiry response and internet search, this is a well-known issue that LG has no fix for.

    The TV it’s self is nice but be sure to watch out for damage since it’s so thin. All along the bottom it looks like it is warped and the screen seems to have faint creasing. The TV on display at best buy was even worse compared to what I got.
