    I took off a star due to I am unable to add applications. I have to add my Roku stick again for me to add the application that I was using before.

    Pretty good so far. My only complaint is that i cannot connect my samsung soundbar to this tv.

    The software on this tv is the worst. I wish i never purchased it. Contact undate notifications and if you dont let them sell yoir information it gives you more pop ups.

    After a year and half the backlights starting going out of normal use. Never played any games on it and only has around 3500 hours on it For the price look at some other brand or stick with LCD

    Beware of Best Buy and LG

    We purchased 6 LG OLED TVs for a new house and spent quite a bit of money doing so. 2 of the 6 TVs did not work out of the box. Best Buy replaced one, but we could not install several of them for 2 months waiting for the house to be completed. Neither Best Buy or LG would replace the 2nd one even though it did not work the first time we plugged it in. My installer recommended Sony or Samsung. I strongly recommend purchasing from a company other than Best Buy and not purchasing an LG product. If you buy 6 TVs and 2 pairs of washers and dryers from Best Buy and LG, you would think they would replace a product that doesn’t work out of the box - instead they made us wait 2 hours on the phone for them to finally offer to send a repair technician. Imagine if you just bought a single product. Last LG product I will buy and last time I will shop at Best Buy.

    This tv has great features and options- only. I purchased this tv thinking it would show in HD with the beautiful colors and clarity that i was shown asbon the floor display model. I was not told that i had to get cable in order to get the full benefit of what this tv can look like. It shows just as if i would have purchased a $1000 tv not happy that i spent 3k for a tv that shows just like a "hisense" brand

    Don’t buy LG open box

    I bought this open box excellent and returned it because the hdmi card was not working and couldn’t pass through a video signal. First, Best Buy should have better quality checks when they put an excellent label on open box. Second, I found out that LG doesn’t honor the warranty on open box items and that most manufacturers can reject them if they want to. I had specifically asked the Best Buy sales person this and they said it has a warranty. After spending hours on the phone trying to get a service call from LG only to find out 2 days later that they won’t service it because it has no valid warranty, I returned the TV. Carrying around a 77” TV to return is a horrible experience as you drive to the store hoping to not hit a dip in the road and crack the screen.

    Installed in March. Great picture, sound BUT power supply is going out - Picture is going black - Waiting for repairs but wondering about Quality of LG now.

    Wifi and apps not working

    77in oled c2 delivered yesterday. I tryed to update apps and firmware with no success. Unable to access any apps at all. Keeps says apps not installed yes i unplugged it and modem reset did factory reset,Still not working. Gonna have to return

    Have had for only 2 years. Had to replace the screen in less than a year. Now at 2 years old Tv now repeatly turns off and on by itself. Today, tv was off and kept turning off and on by itself. The price a paid for on,y 2 years is ridiculous!

    Had problems with a line on the screen which I was able to fix. Then a couple of months later the tv does not work at all. Took a month to get a tech out to fix only to have him leave because he couldn’t get the stand off. LG warranty service is slow and clunky and now I have a TV only four months old that does not work

    I've always purchased and loved LG OLED TV's. I have 2 that are 8 years old and still work perfectly. This 77" C2 developed a black vertical line after only 2 years of minimal use. NO more LG TV's for me
