    I have both C1 and 2 both in 77”. They are awesome. I always had samsungs and sony’s until this LG. I dont think ill go back.

    POOR PRODUCT and POOR SERVICE

    Stay away from LG products, especially the TV's they can break with the slightest movement because of poor product quality or design. The picture quality is good, but again you can go and see that all sorts of people are complaining how their LG TV's break or stop working for no reason. Mine stopped working after 10 months and LG denied any defects. I recommend Samsung and Sony, their product last and are of better quality. Also don't bother buying the Best Buy Total Tech plan, waste of money as they will also find a way to deny a claim that is covered under the terms and conditions. Last time I will buy from Best Buy and last time I will ever buy an LG product. The customer service for both LG and Best Buy is horrendous. They sure don't mind taking your money though. Don't say you were not warned.

    LG OLED only lasted one year!

    I got burned by buying an LG OLED Television!Beware! I spent $2,000 on an LG OLED Flatscreen.Station LOGO’s were burned into screen! Not all Brands have that problem! This happened after the Factory Warranty.I should have spent the extra money for a Sony! OLED has. Fantastic Pic.I learned my lesson! You get what you pay for! I don’t hold Best Buy liable it’s the Manufacturer.

    Does NOT offer pause, record OTA TV function

    Great picture. But the lack of OTA live pause, rewind, fast forward make this a deal breaker for me. Every modern LED TV has this now. LG USED to include it. I have 2 cheaper LG TVs and a much cheaper TCL Roku TV and they ALL have the ability to pause OTA TV when a USB drive is connected. The 77" C2 OLED for some reason does not. I condirmed this with a call to LG tech support. That is a horrible decision LG! I will be returning this to Best Buy for a refund.

      You can pause by hitting the button in the middle of the directional arrows on your remote control. ^Jennifer LG

    Don’t but LG

    Had nothing but issues since we bought this tv. First day when we took it home it would not fully connect to the internet to allow us to use the tv properly. After a day it finally work. A year exactly from buying the tv, the screen malfunctioned creating a line going down the side. Thankfully it was still under warranty and was able to be fixed. However, now a few months later, we came home from being away for the weekend and now the tv will not power on. We see the light at the base of the tv on, it flashes once when we turn it on, but then it stays off. There is nothing we can do to fix it on our own without spending two grand, which is close to a price of a new tv. We will never recommend LG and will never purchase again.

    Seriously thinking about leaving a review about after care that would be extremely damaging to LG. Very frustrated right now and so close to not taking the high road here after talking to support all day about an issue. The President Liaison is supposedly phoning me in the next two days. If not resolved leaving a 3700 dollar purchase worth zero now, so considering going ballistic. I may add more and openly speak of this. I'm not sure. Just extremely frustrated at the moment. After service care should be better than this for an outlay of such an amount.

    Will not buy LG EVER AGAIN

    Purchase a 65 and a 77 at first will turn off or screen will have lines across … now one of them 77 screen will not come on but audio works and other one will not even light up … costumer service LG WAS HORRIBLE trying to blame it on us and was in the phone for 2 hours to not get nothing accomplished ….upgrade I thought from my samsung tv but what a mistake I made just purchase about 6 months ago

    I'm not sure what all the good reviews are about but this tv is complete trash. It's far too dark, the colors are off, the Blacks are mushy, the audio is horrendous and it's known to get terrible vertical banding which 2 that i bought had. I bought this and returned it the next day. Go with the Samsung q90n. It's so much better honestly.. OLED just isn't there yet I'm terms of everyday use.
