The resolution is fantastic, colors are so vibrant. The only downside is we have a Samsung sound bar and it doesn't talk to the LG as easily as it did with our old Samsung TV. The sound from the LG alone does sound "tinny" so, you do need a sound bar with this TV I feel . Highly recommend this TV.

It’s bright. The blacks are inky. The colors are vivid. The only problem is once you go OLED you can never go back.

The TV is a clear upgrade to our previous one, a Samsung Neo. We could not be any happier. We've swapped out our study's TV for thew same reason, as well. No regrets and the Best Buy Geek Squad's installation of Adam and Lisa were highly skilled and professional.

OLED is the way to go in my opinion. I debated what size to go with 77 or 83 but in the end couldn’t justify the price differece to get the bigger size. I am absoultely happy with the 77” and it looks great on my wall. Best Buy staff were so helpfuly as always and took their time with me to discuss different TV’s/types. Thank you Best Buy.

Highly recommend. You can clearly notice a huge improvement on picture quality either by movies or even just yiutube.

I don't regularly shell out so much money for TVs due to being a PC (recent Macbook) user. Besides, this was mostly a gift for my father since he actually watches TV often. The jump from 2015 to 2024 OLED is astounding. My father used to go to bed early and go to sleep, but with this TV he's been going later and later due to how enthralled he is with this screen! The picture quality is insane, and the features that come with it futuristic. I even bought a console for my younger siblings to play on this and the whole family comes together to watch them play.

The smart TV software operates slower compared to my last C1 LG. I will use an external streaming device instead of the built-in apps.
