Great tv. Best Buy easy to deal with

TV is beautiful. You’ve done the research and probably know that at this point. Best Buy was easy to deal with and they have competitive pricing. I took the free 24 month financing over the 18 month. There was no incentive to take the 18. Thought that was odd.

Picture was clear, vivid colors, everything you would expect from a tv at this price point. Did not like or want to deal with the LG app and account non-sense. The remote was bulky and slow. Ended up returning it due to the user interface being clumsy to work through. Samsung and Sony interface is much cleaner imo.

This LG G4 has lived up to all the hype. I am totally satisfied with thisTV. I must admit that I don’t use WEB OS because I love the Roku and Apple boxes I own. The Tv has great sound but I have a great Vizio sound bar which syncs up easily to this TV. The price tag was hefty but well worth it. Make sure you go to you tube for all the necessary to use settings. This will be a big help to point you in the right direction.
Wow! 77" Open Box LG G4 Yes, it's all about timing

Excellent TV. What can I say that no one else has already stated. I purchased this TV for the 2025 NFL season, and it has blown my expectations away. At this time LG OLED TVs are still #1 in Picture Quality!

I’ve had this TV for a couple months and it is nothing less than spectacular! Knock on wood. Am amazed on how super bright it is. I run it in filmmaker mode and love it.

Excellent TV! Very excited to have this tv. Due to living in an area with the nearest Best Buy is 60 miles it was frustrating experience buying and getting the TV due to delays. However, the tv has a lot of bells and whistles and is the clearest and brightest tv I have ever owned. I enjoy the picture setup process where it has you select pictures that you like best and it will create a custom picture setting for you to use. The filmmaker mode is enjoyable when watching movies. It creates a warm effect that might look out of place at first but once your eyes adjust it’s the only way I’ll watch a movie now.

Bought an LG G4 for the image quality and got a headache instead. The power button died in the second month. LG replaced it and the new unit’s button failed on first use. I now have to reach the physical button on the TV to turn it on or off. WebOS is one of the worst-performing interfaces I’ve used—laggy, clunky, and prone to freezes. The TV also loses its network connection even on Ethernet while every other device in my house stays online. The panel looks great, but the basics are broken. Never again.
Hi, Admir. Thank you for sharing your experience with the LG TV (OLED77G4WUA) model. We value your feedback and recognize the importance of stunning visuals and reliable performance.
For WebOS and connectivity issues, please check for the latest firmware update by going to Settings > All Settings > Support > Software Update. Updates often fix bugs and improve performance. If you're using Ethernet and still facing drops, switch the IP setting to Manual under Network > Advanced Settings to stabilize the connection. This TV is a game changer. It is bright for when the sun hits the TV. The quality is incredible. So glad I purchased the G4

Excellent TV. Use good cables.
Easily the best looking TV I've ever owned. I'm sure the Samsung OLEDs are excellent too, but this one has slightly better gaming features.
Be careful with your cables. Was using some Highwings 8k cables from Amazon and had frequent black screens and HDMI handshake issues. I thought it was the TV but swapped to some Monoprice 8K cables and the issues stopped imemdiately.

I purchased the new LG G4 at my local Best Buy. I had a 14 year old plasma television and it still worked. While visiting the Best Buy, I spoke with a sales representative that showed me the G3. I couldn't believe what I'd been missing. The picture was incredible. Sharp and bright and unbelievable detail! A huge upgrade from my plasma. I was told that the newer G4 was even better. I checked the specs and decided it was time to upgrade and I'm very happy I did. Highly recommend!

Tv looks amazing. Upgraded from a LCD to this OLED and the difference is significant. Only complaint is that the pictures show a tv stand but it only comes with a wall mount so I had to go back to get a stand to use it as I don’t have the wall space to mount it

Tv is awesome. At this point have no complaints. Has a great picture. Have an older Sony sound bar that does an okay job when there’s more than 1 watching. Use blue tooth headphones when it’s just me. No problems connecting on either. With the upcoming tariffs (probably) it was a no brainer deciding to buy it. Makes a good excuse for spending an insane amount of money on a TV. Had a 49” Westinghouse TV before the G4.
Cheers

So far, an excellent decision to purchase this TV. Relatively easy to install. Wall mount included with the 77" model. Picture is crisp and sound is great. Much more intuitive to use than our previous Sony Bravia.

No issues so far with this tv. I got this tv to replace a Samsung 77 inch tv whose power quit working on two different tv’s in a matter of a couple of months. TV has a good quality picture and pleased with everything so far after about a month of use. Just hope it outlasts the two Samsungs that it replaced.
