It also has a cool feature for installation where you can pull all of the internal components out on a tray and are left with just the outer shell, you can then install the lightweight shell into the window and slide all the heavy components right back in once you are ready. Using it to cool my whole main floor (about 1000sqft) and it does the job significantly better than the ~7000BTU unit I replaced. Even on hot and humid days. The wifi/smart features are awesome. Being able to just tell Google to turn my AC on while driving home from work so it's cool when I get there is a feature I didn't know how much I needed. Kind of pricey for a window AC unit, but so far it's worth it.
