Thank you LG for this great product.

Its probably overkill for my living room (its spacious but not huge) and works pretty well. Clean the filter often because if its not clean it loses power.

My issue is that it is loud. We live in the country so we're used to being able to hear a pin drop in the middle of the night. This A/C is loud, so it'll take some time getting used it. The unit is BIG. Make sure you measure everything before you purchase, and I recommend you get something that goes in your window to hold it up. I would not recommend relying on the window frame strength to hold this unit up, you may find your AC on the ground in short order if you have modern windows designed to "pop out" for easy cleaning. We tried the "eco" mode, and all it did was wake us up all night when the compressor kicks on. In this mode, it seems to ride a fine line on the temp control, say maybe .2 degrees. For example if it senses the temp going up .2 degrees the compressor comes on, then the temp goes down .2 and it shuts back off. Very annoying if you're trying to get a good night's sleep. But, with all said and done, instead of sweating bullets, this AC keeps our very large bedroom cool (over 400 sq feet).

It is great at cooling the entire space quick, and I love the ability to control from my phone. The only con is that it is a bit loud but not so much that it won't let me sleep.

My kitchen & living room is one big open area. It kept me cool & comfortable all summer, even in the 100* plus temps. My electric bill was lower than usual. I love the remote and the fact that it works with my Alexa.

Randomly shuts off in the middle of the night (every night) and the warmth in the room wakes me up. That’s annoying. It changes settings whenever it wants basically. My master bedroom is about 600 sq ft and it keeps it cool, but not cold which is a bummer for the price and description. I wouldn’t buy again nor recommend.

Don’t waste your money on anything LG because you will be left with a feeling ripped off
