    This ac worked fine for about 2 months then started building up frost on the coils I contacted LG and was pretty much told to have it serviced myself which I did but it didn’t fix the issue. Don’t waste your money on anything LG because you will be left with a feeling ripped off

    The installers from Total Tech did a fantastic and speedily installation with excellence. Explained how to use device and informed me on heaters that would be good too. Excellent service Total Tech provided for this installation of AC unit.

    Don't order AC in the busy summer, I guess they are too busy so sent wrong AC to me. I was forced to use it because I paid for 2 guys to install AC for me the same day as it delivered.

    This air conditioner doesn’t stay cold. The compressor turns off way to fast and doesn’t come in for a while leaving you with semi cool air that doesn’t feel ideal while sleeping.
