Because it came from a 3rd party vendor that sells through bestbuy. Now i know this im going to go to bestbuy stores directly like i used to to make my purchases.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Apparently LG makes it difficult to allow the LG app to work with the amazon Alexa app. I would have gotten a cheaper unit, and not paid the premium for the "voice capability". Installation was fine, and I would exchange it for a cheaper unit if I did not live in a 6th floor walk up..
