Delivered to the wrong address.

When I purchased this item I told them I wanted it delivered to my new address. They delivered it to my old address where my parents reside. I requested it to be delivered to the address I gave them when I placed the order. They would not. I cannot transport a 83" TV to my house. I couldve made arrangements and asked the rep if she would have the TV mounted for free due to my troubles. She refused to provide me this. I decided since due to the incompetence of your employees to take my business elsewhere and returned the TV to you all. Due to the incompetency of your employees you all lost out on a $3500 sale of a new TV. I took my business elsewhere with someone who values me as a customer.

Beware of the Price Match Scam

The store initially assured me they would match the lower price. However, after the delivery, they refused to honor this promise, claiming they had given me a discount on the delivery, which was incorrect. I had already paid over $300 for delivery and installation. This experience makes it clear that their price match policy is a complete scam.

Where is my TV

Called on 08/07 to see if i could pick up store said no. They didnt deliver 08/14. Its 08/16 and they still dont know when they will deliver. What is going on here????
