We had a TV delivered yesterday that we purchased from Best Buy. Unfortunately, the delivery guys scratched my hardwood floor in the process A rock got stuck to the bottom of the tv box at some point and when they set the box down at the top of the stairs and slid it across the floor, the rock scratched the floor. The damage is $2500!

The TV was sold as in good condition but turned out severe burn in issues.
Hi, there. Thanks for sharing your experience with your LG TV (OLED83C4PUA) model. We're here to make sure you get to enjoy that amazing picture quality that OLEDs are famous for, and we’d love to help you with those burn-in issues on your unit.
Burn-in occurs when static images are displayed too long. To reduce these effects, use the "Pixel Cleaning" feature in your TV’s settings: Settings > All Settings > Picture > OLED Panel Care. Activating "Screen Shift" is also beneficial as it shifts pixels while you watch, preventing future image retention. For more guidance, visit https://www.lg.com/us/support/help-library/lg-tv-how-to-run-the-pixel-refresher--20153710651501.
Feel free to message us on social media @LGUSSupport for assistance with these settings or other options to enhance your viewing experience. ^Juvy

Great blacks on screen. 120hzs refresh rate is great to play Roblox. Sound is big too. Over all it is the best TV in OLED which is latest but still under very good price range.
Good TV let down by poorly thought-out controller.

Overall, this is tv is what we expected. Mid-range price and very good imaging. I am a bit disappointed with the remote control though. The remote is small and not back lighted. The control buttons are small and very close together. As someone that does not have small hands and fingers this is a bit awkward. The small size and lack of lighted remote makes use of the control in dim or dark rooms aggravating as one has to look for reflected light or get a phone or other light source to see the correct button to push. Very inconvenient. As the buttons are small and smooth, doing this by brail often leads to incorrect selection. The remote control is the worst thing about this tv.

I purchased this for our theater room. It was between this, the Sony, and the LG G4. The G4 was almost $2,000 more, on sale, and while it's picture is unmatched, the C4 is gorgeous and the sweet spot for the price and quality. It looks amazing, with crystal clear picture, amazing HDR color, and deep blacks. There isn't a negative. The brightness is more than enough, in a dark room. If you are buying this, you should be using at least a sound bar or dedicated receiver. The sound is decent, but they ARE TV speakers, so you get what you would expect. Highly recommend this!

Great TV with fantastic picture. Beautiful visuals with vibrant color and great refresh rate. 0 complaints with this purchase, I’d buy it again in a heartbeat

Absolutely love this TV. Picture is amazing. This thing I very heavy and awkward to mount. I have installed a lot of tvs and this was the most nerve racking by far. I would highly recommend get it mounted by Geek Squad

This TV is amazing. Perfect deep blacks. 120fps. Its awesome for next gen gaming. Brighter than my old cx and c2. Has 4 HDMI inputs. Would definitely recommend purchasing a quality sound bar to really get a great experience.

It was worth it. The TV was purchased as refurbished Fair condition. The only thing missing was the screws for the TV stand. Please be aware it is difficult to find the correct screws. Therefore, instead of wasting hours and time trying to find them, I bought a Universal Stand. So far no issues. You will need at least two people to set it up. Works well wit the LG soundbar for WOW Orchestra, too. Lovin it.

The LG C4 83-inch delivers outstanding picture quality, with deep blacks, vibrant colors, and stunning contrast that makes everything from movies to sports look incredible. The OLED panel truly shines in both dark and bright rooms, and the motion handling is buttery smooth—perfect for gaming and fast-paced content.
With prices dropping, the C4 has become an excellent value for anyone looking to upgrade to a premium, large-format display. It brings top-tier performance without the flagship price tag, making it a smart buy in 2025.

Beautiful picture quality, no complaints about that! But you do have to really control the light to avoid reflections for best results. The only thing that they could do to dramatically improve these is to invent world-class anti reflection screens.
This set has more brightness than I need, I'm running at about 80% OLED pixel brightness, with bias lighting behind the set to avoid eye strain.
The first example of this TV that was delivered to me died after a week. Best Buy delivered a replacement set immediately. Kudos, Best Buy.

C4 is everything I could have hoped for. Picture is way better than my 1st generation Sony A1E OLED
- more so in a well-lit room. Choice was between the 83” C4 and G4. The lack of stand pushed us to the C4.

I was always told, "once you go OLED you never go back." That statement couldn't be any more true. The picture is exceptional, plain and simple. I use this for my home theatre as well as gaming. It performs phenomenally for both. Extremely smooth gaming experience. Bottom line, perfect picture all around. I set to Cinema mode with a few other tweaks. It's near perfect right out of the box. It's the best TV by far that I've owned. I wish I waited a month if I knew it would drop $1,000 but oh well. 10/10 on this TV.
