Customers are saying

Customers are enthusiastic about the picture quality of the 86" Class 85 Series QNED 4K UHD Smart webOS TV (2024), with many praising the excellent images and overall viewing experience. However, some users expressed dissatisfaction with the remote control, finding it bulky and difficult to use. The remote's cursor was also cited as a source of frustration for some customers. Overall, the positive feedback on picture quality outweighs the negative comments regarding the remote.

The mouse that pops up automatically is super annoying. But the worst part about this TV is that even though it's plugged in through an extremely stable ethernet connection you need to unplug and reboot the TV every other day because it loses the network.

Hi, there. Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We understand your concern about dealing with recurring issues, especially when the TV constantly loses network connection despite being plugged into a stable Ethernet connection. We really want to make sure you have a great viewing experience with our products.

About that mouse popping up, you might be able to turn it off in the TV’s menu settings. For the network hiccup, checking if your TV’s firmware is up to date could help since updates often fix connection problems. If you need a little guidance, feel free to check out this link: https://www.lg.com/us/support/help-library/lg-tv-how-to-update-an-lg-smart-tv--1430510575535. And if that doesn’t do the trick, giving your router a restart and looking into any network settings might help smooth things out.

If you're still having trouble, just drop us a private message on social media @LGUSSupport, and our team will be more than happy to assist you further and find a lasting solution.

We’re here to ensure you enjoy every moment with your LG TV. ^Juvy LG

Hi, Sean. Thanks for sharing your initial experience with the LG TV (86QNED85TUA) model. We’re glad to hear you had the chance to explore the product, and we appreciate your thoughts. For any display-related observations such as light variations, we recommend viewing the screen in a low-light setting with a variety of content to see how it performs under different conditions.

We understand that choosing a TV is a big decision, and it’s great that you found the option that suits you best. Should you ever consider LG again, we’d be more than happy to assist. Feel free to reach out to us anytime on social media @LGUSSupport. ^Juvy LG
