I would definitely give this TV 10 stars if I could. This TV is big and beautiful. The picture quality to me is exceptional. The price is definitely up there. My gaming experience has drastically change with this TV. 120hz helps a lot. I believe it is definitely worth the price.

At this price range, this monster QNED 86" mini led TV probably delivers the most bang for the buck. Excelent image quality, and sound is good straight from the box, although, if sound is a main thing for you, then you should definitely consider adding a sound bar. A wall mount fixture that accomodates this tv size is also a very good idea. Also expect a great delivery service, e-mail orientation, and general product follow-up and personal review requests throughout the entire process. AAAA+++++

Exactly what we were looking for. Brad from geek squad put this tv on my radar and it was the best we could ask for. Picture quality is unbelievable and the LG software is easy to use.

Beautiful picture very vivid. I have a large picture window which has always been a problem with glare on my other TVs but glare is very minimal on this one. Very happy with this purchase.

Really happy with this TV. Incredible picture, great for a bright room. Saw the reviews but my TV doesn't suffer from a lot of bloom, or bright edges on dark scenes. I'm thrilled.

I recently had the Samsung Q80B and it was a great tv I honestly can’t say nothing bad about it just that I was not use to the settings at all as I have been a LG owner of TVs for a long time and the OS is so much better to use in my opinion but as I said that is my opinion. But I ended up switching it out with the LG 85 class QNED and I should have stuck with my gut feeling and went with the LG from the beginning. I am amazed by the quality of the overall tv not just the picture the size but all of it. And the picture is INCREDIBLE!!! LG you have continue to amaze me and when my 55 inch LG I got from 2015 goes out I will happy replace that with another LG QNED!! By the way…I never leave reviews but I felt I had to let people know the truth about this tv.

Overall great. I did get one with a bit of excessive light bleed in a couple of the corners but it’s not really noticeable while in use unless you look for it. Occasionally I could actually see the pattern of the white led backlights in the hallo effect in dark scene but after a few adjustments it’s considerably better. Games are amazing, and movies are immersive with this 86” TV. The small downsides don’t come close to countering the good.

Amazing value for the money! Absolutely gorgeous picture. There is very little glare due to the mini LED. I am very happy with this purchase.

I really wanted to like this TV. It looked pretty good in the store, and the price was great for the size and features, but ... I've spent the past two weeks fighting this TV to get it to look good and play nice with my Onkyo receiver. I know LG TVs strive for deep blacks, but this one just crushes the blacks no matter what I do. I had it calibrated in case I just was bad at trying to get a good picture, and no, dark scenes are just so dark that anything black just turns into an inky black area with no detail. Bright scenes look absolutely amazing, and that fact alone makes me hate having to return this. But people with dark hair in dark scenes looking like they're wearing black helmets is just too much. I guess they are trying to replicate the deep blacks of their OLED TVs, but it just doesn't work. Maybe my panel is defective, but I just don't have the time to keep swapping out TVs, especially when they are this large and cumbersome to return. Pumping up the contrast just results in major blooming, which is annoying in itself. Things got considerably worse when watching HDR or DolbyVision video with the dark scenes. Scrubbing through, say, Sandman, the scrub thumbnails look fine and clear, then when you go back to the scene, it's like you put on a pair of dark sunglasses. Just can't win. In addition, it just does not play well with my receiver and DirecTV. Sometimes sound will come through, then later, no sound and I have to plug directly into the TV. I did a factory reset on my TV, receiver, and DTV box, and it still happens. An HDMI issue I'm sure, but not an issue my trusty old Vizio ever had in the past 6 years. The WebOS interface is OK, if a bit chaotic. I never really used it since I use a Google TV device, but the time I spent in it, it just seemed like things were all over the place, different colors, fonts, etc. The pointer works OK most of the time, but it's a gimmick I can do without. Again, maybe I got a bad panel -- it happens. Others here seem happy with theirs, but watching TV should be relaxing, not an exercise in frustration trying to figure out how to watch a dark scene with any amount of clarity.

Beautiful picture, great sound. I took off 1 star because LG restricts the apps you can download so you have to connect a firestick in order to download most apps. Great tv if you don't care about apps. Otherwise look to another brand.

The picture is very clear and bright. I was a little unsure about buying such a large tv for my front room but it fit perfectly. Movies look great which is the reason I bought it. I first bought a table to have it sit on then had it mounted on the wall to make sure it would not fall my area earth quake prone. Best Buy delivered it and mounted it. Very good service.

Beautiful picture. Price point is on spot right now. LG is an understated brand. I have cable and the best they do is 1080, but everything still looks better. Then you use the youtube app and realize just how clear and vivid 4k is! Don't take my word, just stand inside your BestBuy and see for yourself.

Love the picture and easy setup. Feel like I'm at the movies.

When I saw this tv at the store I had my doubts because next to a Sony mini Led or a Samsung mini Led it comes a bit short, but once in my house the tv looks amazing I was very impressed with the quality of sound. The picture quality is pretty amazing ones it’s not surround by amazing and expensive tv next to it. Overall this tv is worth it for the price.
