    Love the tv, but very disappointed in the service. Was supposed to deliver and set up between 7 am and 7 pm. Called at 12:30 the day of to tell me they were delivering the tv, but couldn’t set it up because someone called in sick-next appt and as 19 days away. Never did show up so I went to the store and got it myself and set it up myself-saved me $300.

    Nice clear bright picture. Only issue so far is the auto HDR. While in some games it keeps changing from power save to another hdr mode.

    The TV is perfect but I do recommend getting a sound bar to go with it. As the Tvs get thinner the sound quality is not the best. Well worth the money

    This TV has a great picture and good sound quality. We have an Xfinity cable box and no other LG appliances, so we are not using most of the smart features of the TV. I would definitely buy this TV again
