Great but needs sounds system.

Purchased on 11/4 for a 12/5 i stall. Confirmed install on 12/4. They called at i stall time to tell me they had to reschedule for 12/17 because they had too many orders. That was the reason I purchased before black Friday. They could'nt care less. They can keep their crap, their crappy customer service and my tech subscription. They have gone down hill very quickly.

We probably do not get the full advantages offered by this product. It is a great TV for younger adults that relish in the more modern things of items. Otherwise, it is a great product.

The picture quality is OK but if you can spend more money by the better version or go to an OLED because it’s worth the money..
